That means you don’t have to have an economist as the head of the state to get a country out from and economic collapse, you can do it with people with good economic knowledge in the right positions and a sound political leadership to back them.

I am glad Manju that you spilled the bean. Makes more sense to not elect a majority elected government instead elect the best, educated, honest, young who has a vision to make a change which should certainly include a productive system change that would and could not be amended by any politician and abolishing of Presidency. Please, please ensure to educate the general public almost daily. Don't be bias towards a party but try to introduce at least some who are the best option to the parliament eg: Manju, Harsha, Anura, Eran, Harini, Kabir, Champika, Rasamanickam, Vijitha Herath etc...
