And you miss the ability to say "ability".
Well that wasnt stated, it was more "A person can only have one stand at a time" sub stands arent included, and outside stands bound to the user (I.E. cheap trick) also isnt included
A stand can have various abilities.
A stand can have various stages, just like Echoes, but he can't be Act 1 and 3 at the same time, just like Killer Queen, you can't use the primary bomb if the Bites the Dust is activated. However, KQ is just OP and uses the primary bomb with SHA around, what a mad ass power.
I'm a big fan of the idea that stands have identities separate from their user, and I like the idea of Killer Queen just being this chill guy that want's to just live life while Kira is, well, Kira.

Echoes act 3 can talk independently of Koichi, and mista’s bullets all have their own personalities, so it’s definitely a thing for some stands. Also, Star Platinum went to buy groceries for Jotaro without him asking it to when he was in the prison cell

Kage1713 I don't think he can, the fight with Koichi he withdraws it. If Koichi was to attack Kira instead of SHA he would unlikely need to withdraw it and SHA would have killed him. He can still use KQ for combat but I honestly can't remember two bombs at once which he mentions he can't do, but as I wrote this as I went along I remember the fight with the guys in the alley and now I'm confused
He can use both bombs, it's just that we never get to see this in combat, we only see this when Kira was about to get mugged on his way back to pick up SHA when it was under the effect of Echoes ACT 3, he blows off the guy's fingers.
What your thinking of is that Killer Queen can't use the hand that SHA came from when it's active the other one is fair game.
Also, the fact that he could use Killer Queen in conjunction with Sheer Heart Attack was part of the reason why Koichi wasn't able to take him down, as there were two stands and he could only 3 freeze one of them
the only time he couldn't use the bombs was when bites the dust was active, im confused actually as why he didn't use sheer heart attack with stray cat's bubbles during his fight with josuke
