AMRA Melbourne Showgrounds Model Railway Exhibition 2023

On the weekend the 5th & 6th August 2023 the Australian Model Railway Association's Victorian Branch held their annual model railway exhibition. Usually held at the Caulfield Racecourse the 2023 event saw a change in venue, this time being held at the Town Square Pavillion inside the Melbourne Showgrounds. As a bonus Steamrail Victoria operated Tait train shuttles to the showgrounds on Sunday 6th August.
In this video we visit the exhibition on the Sunday and see some of the layouts on display, including Australian layouts Gisborne and Blue Mountains, British layout Crosby Stephen, European layout Zwelbrucken Talbahn, among others. This video is just a selection of the layouts on display, not every layout was filmed on this day due to time constraints.
This video was uploaded almost a year after the exhibition took place because... I literally forgot to edit it. No matter as the 2024 AMRA Model Railway Exhibition is being held this coming weekend on the 3rd & 4th August 2024, once again being held at the Melbourne Showgrounds. The Tait will be back with shuttles to the showgrounds on the 4th August too!
