This is why I love shorts! This translates well what is it that we do with that void left by someone who's not there anymore, be it an ex or a diceased loved one. Both actors were spot on and Theresa is lovely.
“I out grew you…. But I didn’t want to lose everything, I wanted to keep something from that time.” Beautifully brought to life the complexities of relationships through a funny and unique premise. Quick shout out to some of the shots in that film too. Particularly the dock shot at 8:23 😮💨

I liked it. It left a lot of questions unanswered and that's good, because that's how it works in real life. Story was unique, performances solid. Music was outstanding. Minor, minor, MINOR quibble. She tells him they're not dating anymore, then immediately follows it with a line about living together for 3 1/2 years. Most people wouldn't call cohabitation 'dating'. I look forward to seeing more from you.
We're sorry to hear that! The hope is that the metaphor in this film empowers everyone to see value in themselves, both big and small. Men navigate nuanced and complex roles in our society and it's interesting to see how it wears on all types of folks.
