Yeah, make it simple. Sometimes you have to make sense to ppl so everyone knows what's on the table. Both ppl go home happy. It's business. Simple but its very difficult to deal with ppl

You should do some videos similar to the Car Wizard. Walk around interesting or unique vehicles with an inspection underneath.

I've watched a few of your videos now and I have mixed feelings about how you present tings. I don't question your honesty and intentions. All of that is good. The main problem I see is that you're not giving people enough information to make an informed decision. Let me give you an example. You recently did a video on fixing an AC system. You replaced compressor, expansion valve and receiver dryer to fix a blowing hot air concern. I have no reason to suspect that it wasn't the right call, and the repair was legitimate. However, look at the comments section. Everyone with an AC problem thinks you just told them how to fix their own systems that blow hot air. 90%-95% of the people watching your channel don't know anything about cars. Especially the ones that think they do. If you don't show the diagnostic process of how you came to replace the 3 parts in the video, most of the people watching thinks if you AC blows hot air, replace these 3 parts. I'm sure you already know that there are many other issues with the AC system that will cause the system to blow hot air. What you did to repair this car may not be the same as to fix another car with the same problem. Also, not all AC systems work the same way. Some people are going to try and buy an expansion valve for their vehicle only to find out that their car doesn't have one.
If you are talking to a room full of experienced techs, you don't have to mention anything I just said. However, your videos are targeting just the opposite. For example, I know you ran through all the actuators on the evap box as part of your diag, A bad blend door actuator can cause the same issue. I know you also checked all fuses and relays, along with checking for any dtc's that would keep the AC compressor from activating. The problem is, its highly unlikely that anyone else would pick up on all this. If you want to target consumers, you have to explain everything to them. If not, what's going to happen is people are going to fix their cars going off of the information in your videos, and its not going to work. It will damage your reputation, and for no reason. Its not like you're Scotty Kilmer that has to fabricate everything because he has no idea how to fix cars. You do. If you look at the comments on your videos, everyone is begging you for longer, more detailed videos. Give it to them. You'll make more money and be doing the right thing for your viewers.

Hey, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. I really appreciate it.
Just to clarify, the video you’re talking about was actually just explaining the parts that come with an AC compressor kit. It wasn’t about diagnosing or fixing an AC concern. There was no reference to a customer issue in that video.
That said, I totally get where you’re coming from. Including more context and details about the diagnostic process could definitely help viewers understand better. Moving forward, I’ll try to add more information about why certain parts are replaced, even in videos that are just about parts.
When it comes to CZcams Shorts, we have to cram as much info as possible into a very short time frame, so we can only explain so much while keeping the story moving. The idea behind these videos is to show what happens at my business on any given day, not necessarily to showcase my diagnostic skills. I’m not doing this to appear as a guru, I just want to share information and prove that I am trustworthy because there's a lot of riff-raff in this industry.
I appreciate your suggestions and will work on incorporating them into future videos. I'm currently test-shooting for long-form content. it's a way different process than short-form videos which I'm sure you know. Thanks again for your valuable input. I’m committed to improving my content and delivering the best information to my audience.
