The annual gathering in Quartzsite is fascinating to me. It''s like a modern, mechanized version of the Rocky Mountain Rendezvous. I've driven past several times but never stopped because I'm not into crowds. So it's great to experience the place through your lens...thanks, Russ! By the way, I really like the Treasure State Honey guy's jacket.

Oh, wow! So many vendors I haven't seen before! We go very late in January, so unfortunately we will miss a lot of vendors that are only there the first 2 weeks. I'll have to buy that licorice direct from his website! Thanks for the preview!

I'm heading to quartzite in a couple of weeks this week I'm going to Palm springs and staying at a KOA where I got two free nights and three days just to give them one hour to tell me their information. I probably can't afford it but oh well it's free! I'm going on my first car life journey.. I'm also a photographer I can't wait to check out quartzite I think I'll probably just stay there a day or two I hope car camping in the desert won't be too hard I've been watching these types of videos for over a year now and I'm so excited to start! Maybe I'll run into you russ! 😁

Ahh, I was at the game store yesterday and saw the bike. Sadly, I wasn’t paying any attention. I only bought one of those unique bottles of soda pop. Now, I’ll just have to return there to get a raffle ticket. I’m staying in Bouse 25 miles away to avoid the maddening crowds of Quartzsite.

Russ, random question. What route would you take from Q to Vegas at this time of year with a 25ft motorhome and a toad? Also if you were going to do it over two days, where would you camp on the way? Boondocking or campground.
