Lovely old boat and that engine room is remarkable considering it is 53 years old. I particularly like the fact that the refit and any updates have not diminished the period feel of the vessel, thanks for the presentation of such a rarity.
The charm and old school feeling is definitely still present! Thanks for watching!
This yacht would make a fantastic holiday destination. Two people with the relevant skills could provide trips for non boat owners who fancy cruising for a week. The boat could be enjoyed by many people and finance it's upkeep from the holidaymakers, making it affordable to own and operate. If I'm honest, my favourite cabin is the crew quarters, it's roomy and close to everything you need, so living in that part of the boat whilst the passengers enjoyed the old world luxury of the guest areas would still be a pleasure.
Absolutely beautiful classic vintage yacht. Take the TV’s down and toss them, and it would be perfect. Incredible woodwork.
This vessel exudes old east coast money. Definitely class. And definitely NOT new which is what it's real selling point is. Very nice. Trumpy yachts were always known by those who know.
What a beautiful, proud, “mature” vessel! If only I could afford it, I would cruise American waters in true style!
You and me both! This one is special!
I can just imagine the costume parties on this one. She's a beautiful yacht. Thank you Tony
It’s a true classic! Thanks for watching!
Brings back many memories. She's got grace and beauty. The maintaining her in Bristol condition requires the proper owner and a very knowledgeable Captain. I enjoyed the tour.
A beatiful and spacious boat. I could see living on that.
What a stellar yacht! Looks like the same boat as in "The Final Countdown!"
A beautiful piece of history, and a great tour. Thank you.
A floating timecapsule..so beautiful. Thnx for the tour Tony
It truly is! Glad you enjoyed!
Amazing boat. Amazing video. As always, thank you sharing your passion for boats with the rest of us. This one is truly amazing.
Thank you for the kind words. I love touring unique listings like this!
1969, right? Like stepping back into my childhood, what a beauty and unique. And so very well done inside. Lucky next owner!!
Great job on this tour. Thanks!
Dude! A Trumpy? It’s so amazing I feel I should have a cocktail to watch this. Well done!
I’m so glad I was able to tour this one! Enjoy that cocktail!
@@YachtAddiction You bet, Tony!
Very nice. It reminds me of my grandparent’s house with the style, color and wood
69 was a great year. Moon landing, this boat was built, I was born... 😀 Great tour. A lot of boat for the price.
Gorgeous..was fortunate that I grew up in the 60's on a Trumpy = out of all the boats my parents had, I loved this one.
Absolutely love this yacht
Love this boat, big fan of the history.
Excellent boat with an incredible design.
Thanks Tony! Great job.
🏆 VERY WELL MAINTAINED - CLASSIC HOUSEBOAT WITH AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF SEATING & STORAGE SPACE.
LOVE THE GALLEY, AND THE CREW AREA❣️👍👍
They don’t make ‘em like this anymore!
What a beautiful boat
What a classic! Very nice! Thanks for sharing! 👍👍
It sure is! Glad you liked it!
@@YachtAddiction 👍👍
That’s my kind of yacht! Class class and more class. ❤️😍🇺🇸
Gorgeous yacht! It's always interesting to see something different, and this would make a great liveaboard! Not sure how nice it would be cruising around at just 10 knots or so, but for a local liveaboard it has that interior that reminds one of home. 👍✌
This is definitely unique and a classic. It’s not about going the fastest, it’s about the journey!
What a show piece from history!
It sure is!
I prefer the 150'+ length yachts, but there's something admirable about these older yachts and I could settle for one like this. :) Looks to be in great condition for 50+ years old!
It’s definitely been taken care of over the years! These have history built right in.
Great boat. Love the classic styling. Only thing I think I would change is to remodel the Master Stateroom so that it would have a centerline queen or king bed. I’d hate to mess with the lovely woodwork but I’m not Ward & June Cleaver. Thanks for sharing a classic yacht.
Fair enough! Thanks for watching!
Leave it alone!
What's wrong with Ward & June?
@@mcashnv sometimes Ward goes a bit hard on the Beaver.

Every episode......lol
J'ai beaucoup apprécié ce yatch, a taille humaine ! Merci, pour cette vidéo. 🙏🤗😜
Wow.. beautiful 😍
Beautiful! I have boat envy now.
It’s definitely beautiful! Glad you enjoyed it!
Hi Tony, And what a great show you bringing us this time this 63 Trumpy Houseboat WOW its beautiful how well maintaint and upgraded over the years the very nice aft deck But I like all those nice cabinets down below great the only thing i mis are the analog equipment in the steer house Thanks again Tony this is a very nice show from you again
Glad you liked it!
Very nice!
It should be drydocked and put on display for yacht lovers all over the world to come and take a look. If I could afford it, I would purchase it for that purpose.
Thanks for the tour Tony. It's nice to see some of the older yachts with their unique layouts for a change. They're not really my cup of tea but I can appreciate them for what they are. Any idea why they placed the engines so far forward?
Luv it. Great tour Tons.
Thank you!
This 63' Trumpy is very well put together and planned out . Just what aretirong couple with good friends needs. Week-ends out , or extended VACATIONS .
My dream boat A beautiful classic! The purchase price is is only a small fraction of what it would cost to maintain her in her Bristol condition. I hope she has found a buyer that will appreciate real quality.
I like this boat!!!!
Beauty!! Does need a day head.
Not the most technical of walkthroughs! Enjoyed seeing the Garmin screens and the steering wheel!!
Freaking gorgeous!!!
It is a beautiful yacht
Most Beautiful
Love love
When I came across TRUMPY yachts I remember the song
LADY ❤
Make yachts great again 🇺🇲
A look that is timeless as in classical style and grace. Maybe a buck or two spent on certain, lets call them upgrades, and another hundred years to be had.
Oh My Word Its GORGOUSE
I love it
Sold
vey sophisticated vessel, i love the style. though, i’m not a fan of how the master is two separate beds and how the galley seems quite small and cramped. but over all beautiful piece of history and great video!
WOW WOW
Let’s make yachts great again!
Beautiful yacht and incredible gallery... how did that full size refrigerator get down there .. those doors aren't wide enough...in pieces?
I would have loved to see them get that French door refrigerator down there 🤣🤣 Very strange layout having the Galley on the engine room level. Compare it to a Chris Craft of this area and it’s a pretty antiquated looking design.
Wow 👌
Yacht, Brav-so good -:)
Thanks for watching!
I’ve been on this beauty and the owner has a love for Trumpy,s which shows in it wonderful care!
Beautiful old boat and very well kept. Haha I saw that door and one more. Was there a day head behind the wheelhouse... door just outside wheelhouse?
What was behind the door in the salon on the left?
The older style is way cool 😎
She’s a beauty! Great care obviously!
I bet her budget is at least 100k per year.
I'd love to know how they got that new refrigerator down there. There must have been a "boatload" of cutting and patching involved. I'd imagine they had to cut the floor of the salon, but even getting it in there would have been a challenge...probably through a window.
Curious...what is behind the door on the forward bulkhead of the saloon. The door is on port side of that wall. I didn't see a day head on the main deck of the boat. Could that space be another head?
Oh my gosh there's a pair of screening Jimmy's in the engine room
Nice camera and audio poise.
A movie about cannibalism. Were they headed to the Cayman Islands to find Armie Hammer?
I love Trumpy's. They are what I consider true gentlemen yachts. I know some places in Turkey and Italy make newer ones, but the don't have the same feel. I worked for a gentleman that owned a 1962 Trumpy 56'. 3 staterooms, 2 crew and all he did was fish and travel around to the house he owned in the Bahamas with it. One of the best summer jobs I had when I was 16.
It’ll be interesting to see it in the film vs my video! That sounds like a great job!
How did they get that massive refridgerator frezzer in there ???
I love to see how they got that big refrigerator through those small doors
Lol when I was editing the video I had the same thought!
There's a hatch in the galley overhead (seen briefly at 14:06) that opens up to the saloon. It came in that way.
Detroit engines, one conventional rotation and one counter rotation which allows yacht to have neutral thrust on rudder without needing a reverse rotation transmission on one
A gorgeous yacht that will be difficult to sell. For a 63 ft boat, only 2 staterooms? I know, the crew quarters would be used as a 3rd cabin. I dont think it has stabilizers, so a cruise to the Caribbean might be long and uncomfortable with lots of rolling. I didnt see a swim platform or transom door to a platform. It's a beautiful boat, but a tough sell. Most people looking for yachts want modern, sleek vessels, unfortunately. Give me a trawler style any day of the week. They always maximize the space. But it would be a great "looper" boat.
How do you get the dingy off of, and onto, the roof?
Love it but where is the clothing washer at?
How did they get the new fridge into the boat
For some reason it’s still listed online in 2023 ? she does have a few more upgrades and Modifications then in this video i’m not sure of everything but if memory serves me correctly the Furniture remains onboard and maybe some areas have been Fiberglassed or West Epoxied IMO it’s priced to sell and was a great value as it was very TurnKey with many ,many expensive items already completed like a large part of the Hull has been redone
Very nice live aboard r coastal
A beautiful nostalgic yacht...but a little sparse on the dining arrangement.....cheers🍷🇨🇦
Nice yacht.
Where is this yacht located.
Come on man...no joke..I built that boat on the deleware..ask corn pop..
What a beautiful old boat.
Do you need a master's license to operate a boat like this?
"Houseboat"? It looks a lot more like a Flush Deck Motor Yacht to me.
How on earth did they get that refrigerator in there? (Beautiful houseboat!)
I was wondering that too when editing the video! You can't see it for long but at 14:06 you can see a glimpse of a large hatch in the ceiling that can be opened to move large items down below.
WISHING I HAD HALF A MILLION SO I COULD BUY THIS BEAUTY.
Gorgeous boat, but huge on maintenance. I suppose that's why you call it a house boat rather than cruising yacht.
Would they take 227 K for it ? It is a slow boat....with many miles on engines, papi.
What a Wonderful Yacht, however, spending over 1m upgrading then selling for 400k is disturbing.... losing over 600k is not fun for whomever did that...
Plus the purchase price..!!!
Weight? Fuel capacity? Range?
The Mino ?
I am quite familiar with the Detroit 671 my God they used to use them in Greyhound silver sides all the time. Too bad you didn't show us the supercharger that using bolted to the side of it sometimes I have turbochargers
@Destinationunknown76 yes they do you're quite right
Can you cruise to Caribbean with that boat ?
Why not?
I'd add a proper helm seat, and a centerline queen bed in the master. Other that that, beautiful.
Ashamed the aft bulkhead and doors teak are painted over, as well as no teak decking. However much less trouble, and cheap to maintain.
I can’t believe people paint over beautiful expensive wood like mahogany, teak, and walnut just don’t get it there are plenty of plastic fantastic fiberglass yachts for sale where they can demonstrate their interior design skills or lack there of
Beautiful Boat, but she has never been anchored, that little anchor wouldn’t hold two minutes. Dockside only.
Who stopped and googled The Menu to look? lol.
It’s perfect
Please finance me
