Ciao! Avrei bisogno di una info.. ho appena messo la o3 in FCC abbinati ai G2, oggi stavo facendo un volo con drone fpv da long range ma dopo neanche 1km, ho avuto perdite di segnale cosa che con l’airunit non mi è successo. Potrebbe essere che uso il canale in auto ? Grazie Marco
Quando é usado os óculos da DJI juntamente com o controle do DJI FPV junto com a unidade 03 , quando acontece dos óculos perderem sinal a unidade o3 corta o sinal de rádio fazendo com que o drone entre em failsafe ?
Hi, epic video, thanks for that! I just got into FPV flying as well using the DJI O3 system. I seem to get a lot less range tho. I have the stock antenna and I use the DJI goggles v2. What settings do you use on the O3 to extend the range and what other tips should I consider (iflight crystal patch antenna's?) Would appreciate some help.
Same here. HAM File Mod installed. Maximum range with some things in the way like trees …. 500 - 1000 Meters. With free line of sight …. Max 2000. Stock antennas.
I fly the au o3 with goggle 2 and remote 2 on a home build but barely even get 1km before it starts saying weak signal I wonder what I’ve got set up wrong
You must have really good antennas or something. My mbps start to drop drastically at 300 meters even if nothing is blocking me. For some reason mine goes to like 15-20 at that distance. You think maybe one of my antennas is broken?
@@eastbound535 I ended up figuring out what it was. It was a broken antenna that caused the signal to tank. I had crashed so many times that the 2 round things of the o3 antennas were broken inside.
I heard this physical limit mentioned in Joshua's video. How would that even work? I mean there is no GPS in the Googles nor in the Vista. Radiovawes are just keep going even if they get weaker. I think it's just the matterof antenna and gain.

I'm happy to hear this, as I have the V2 with Axi patches and I'm planning to build my first LR quad with possibly O3 to save my gopro and it's weight from the system. :) Or maybe test flight with O3 and then real flight with H11 naked. :)

What antennas are you using on the drone?
Do you have the ham file hack o your goggles? That drastically Improves the range

Not sure its feature or bug but O3 unit needs to be connected to fc and get command armed, otherwise unit stays in low power mode
@@eastbound535 It's a protection feature and unfortunately can't be disabled from the settings.

Use DJI Googles 2 or Integra. The V2 cannot record OSD.

Are you using a dynamic packet rates? At the beginning of the video you're at 2:100 and towards the end you're at 1:100

I saw your packet rates change during your flight. You were on 2:100 which is like 150hz then it switched to 1:100 which is 50hz packet rate

Hi, do you mean viewer or drone antennas? Check the ones on the drone.

First question for you do you connected rx tx from fc to O3? o3 unit always stays in low power mode until gets command from fc armed

I reach more than 14 km with o3 and axi patch antennas on v2 goggles, it seems there is no 13km limitation like is on older air and caddx units 🥽
