Jodeci's "Stay" is the closest thing to THE most perfectly composed/sung R&B track. It has everything you'd want in an R&B song. That's why Jodeci was so smooth.
The crazy part was the entire album was written by Devante before they even got the record deal. That's why DeVante had faith in them getting a record deal. He knew the assignment and came prepared. What I wanna know is who was he writing about. I hope it was me 😉
Damn I miss the 90s, this was a time when R&B and hip hop songs had purpose, none of that autotune crap you hear on the radio nowadays. VH1 better make sure the upcoming movie is done right!
Nothing wasn't wrong with there voices..they just needed to take better care of them selfs ..if they had just stayed away fr drugs and the alcohol...but praise be to God they are still here and still singing..🙏💯
