  • The Donegal town of Dungloe and its people are the stars of this opening sequence for ‘Hall’s Pictorial Weekly’.
    Dungloe is the main town in the region of The Rosses and the largest in the Donegal Gaeltacht.
    Among the people of the town caught on camera going about their daily business are farmers, a priest, a Garda and the local postman.
    This episode of ‘Hall’s Pictorial Weekly’ was broadcast on 2 February 1977

    Beautiful Film O thank you so much" a golden film" from a golden era..@paddy Sullivan Cork 🌹🌹👏👏👍. ..My Wife a Cork Woman lived in Coin Caslach for 6 years back then...and she took me up in 2001...i never missed a year since often two visits love the town a pint in" an teach beedie"..a prayer in St Cronans...the river walk so beautiful. ...
