One of my favorite things about Brickell is quick access to most major transit lines- the airport, Coconut grove, Downtown, all are a quick rail ride away.

I grew up there, and now returning next year from 30 yrs + of living in Las Vegas? At this time in my life the Climate is super important, and there's nothing better than Miami for that! It hardly rains in the Beaches area, so you guys are lucky? Cos on the outskirts, it really does..but there's no other place in the US like Miami🏝 Never!!
