One thing for me is that while yes there was an instant connection, it was unlike any other connection i have experienced. It was much more of a sense of home and belonging and completeness but at the same time during the beginning stages it was confusing because it triggered alot of unhealed trauma to rise up in me which caused terrible anxiety. Its only in our separation phase that ive truly been able to heal and understand what happened in the beginning. 💕 I'm so ready to reunite with my TF, i can feel it around the corner x

I agree with you with most of the signs, however, sometimes it's not always instant recognition at least for one of the twins but It's a pull that magnetize the two together somehow. My person whom lives in The UK recognized me saying, that it was "something about my eyes" via video which is the first time we saw each other. He said he loved me instantly! About a week later I had some type of an awakening which caused my heart to race, nervousness, really uneasy sensations I couldn't control. I started to miss him like crazy!😂 This anxiety was linked directly to this person that I hardly knew! At that moment he messaged me!! He's from Central America(Mexico) but left in his early teens, moving to U.K. to where his Irish mother lives in Northern Ireland! Brooo I know that she is my twin flame, because the first time we met it felt unreal. And the second time it felt so natural I was basically sharing my inner most thoughts and she liked it, she also shared hers, and I know from her friend that she is very shy and reserved. With my twin flame I feel home to him and he feels home to me too. Everytime we were in separation but whenever we see each other nomatter how long but we will both freeze and steering at each others eyes for minutes without saying a sword and feel magnetic pull towards each other.

I know I've met mine back in 2007 he randomly appeared in my life and moved across the road from me and first day I locked my eyes on him my soul instantly knew and lit up and went happy instantly. It was very intense and not long after the meeting I went straight into a awakening. Hes still in my life and we've been in few separations to heal. My soul knows who he is and we both agreed it's totally different connection we've both had , 2020 is the year I found out he was my twin I had this voice inside me saying twin flame the call as they call it. Hes never been toxic towards me during separations and we've both got respect for each other. He makes my life so easy and gives me space and I do the same when it's needed.. been a tough journey and hard but he physically isn't or hasn't be toxic is any kind of way. My soul instantly lit up first day we met.

Those sings are what I have with a very dear soulmate. I feel love for him. However, my twin flame triggered my spiritual awakening. And that is the only reason he is here for. The more I started “doing” things and searching for answers, and the more I thought “we have to be together”, the more he pulled away and ghosted me. This video adds to the possibility that I’ve identified my twin, which increases in intensity the deeper I delve into my spiritual awareness.
The funny thing is that, as far as I know, the closest thing to interaction we’ve had thus far is a single response to a single comment in a single social media upload, which seems to have been the point of catalysis, at least on my half of the (possible) unified self.
Prior to that, I was a mildly curious fan of the person in question (though there was definitely something that “clicked” in me from the first video I watched), and now it’s like… well, like I’m viewing myself through the eyes of another. Does that make any sense at all?
Of course, it could be little more than what some call celebrity idolisation… and yet I can’t easily shake the feeling that there’s so much more. One of my favourite literary phrases is “the simplest answer is usually correct,” and this feels almost too well aligned.
Well, I asked for a potential clue to this being the case, and my manifestations continue to spike the deeper I delve into my inner work… 😅

This person i met when I changed jobs and moved to a new city, he was my boss. I felt intense attraction for him first meeting, When we made eye contact every time we both would just gaze and neither one didn't look away or said a word but was as though he communicated his feelings with just his eyes, time also stood still and also felt like I wasn't even in my work place any more it felt like something from out of a movie. We would search for eachother in a room, his eyes would follow me around, he also would touch me quite alot (on shoulder, back, my hands) and we both felt drawn to each other. I feel like I can't explain this connection to anyone as they may say I'm crazy or not understand, i use to hear his voice comming into the room or kind of know he was in the room and my heart would beat really fast, my legs and arms would shake. His face haunts me and I just can't forget him. I feel as though I even loved him without ever speaking to him more then on a surface level, no intimacy or anything at all as this person was my boss. What I felt for him I've never felt even in relationships I've actually had in the past, The whole experience is really bizarre and I'm totally confused if it is all in my head if I am just obsessed. I started to Google why I felt such a connection to someone and why I felt so strongly and then I came across what twin flame was all about. But this person is in a committed relationship. He also "ran" so to speak and changed proffesion so we no longer are in contact. I just feel confused as to why I can't let this person go, I try to say to myself forget it and move on but then I hear people i don't know say his name in conversation, see people that look like him, I even saw his full name at random, songs that remind me of him, I thought of a particular song and then it would play in stores. I just am unsure if is all in my head. Would love to hear thoughts on this? Xx

I'm not so sure about instant connection since if both parties have unresolved trauma and hold back... like myself... and him to a degree, and the fact that we were both just sort of conditioned to "see how it plays out naturally" without actually communicating with one another about certain topics that the internet has been deemed taboo in the early dating stages.
Not at all disregarding your beautiful journey... I think the connection part is probably a bit slower for some folks due to tip toeing around one another.
I know for myself (and not saying I am on the TF journey... remains to be seen) that I unconsciously entered the relationship with the idea that I wasn't good enough for him, that eventually he would just get bored or some hot girl would just come along and he would leave to pursue someone else.

Funny that you mention Cuba in this video ( no coincidence;) I ended up in Cuba two years ago .And I had no plans at all to go there. Two weeks before this trip I had a meeting with my twin in a dream. That dream was so real and I had such a happy feeling and energy when I woke up that lasted for about ten days I knew who he was but we had never met or even had contact with each other so I had no idea. It was such a surprise that hè appeared in this dream and we were kissing. I woke up fell asleep and came to me again... It was sooo intense. One week later I went to Mexico with a stopover in Cuba because the flight ticket was 500 euro much cheaper than a ticket direct to Mexico. (And it was the same flight on the same Day so that's werd isnt it?) And I saw him in Cuba. I had not the opportunity to speak with him.... He is already in a relacionship and 15 years younger then me....because of Covid I had no more opportunity to go back to Cuba so far so that's really sad. But I know he is the one. I never heard of twin flames before mine said the phrase once and then in then months later stumbled across baba Jolie tarot who does twin flame readings by which time we were in separation phase. I know i found my twin flame years ago and I know he loves me, he doesn't say it but he shows it in so many loving and caring ways. The problem is that he doesn't want us to be together. What should I do, wait and hope he'll change his mind one day or move on to find someone else even though I'm sure i can't find someone like him. Now it's the third time, we're still connected, share lots of time together although virtually but it makes me happy and makes me feel grounded. I just miss him so much and wish we could finally get together again and this time for good.

What confuses me slightly is if Twin Flames are two parts of the same soul simultaneously incarnated in two different bodies, can they still have past lives together or rather past lives as the same person?
You live in this world, as apart of duality so in order for the soul to exist here on this plane it has to have its opposite of the same soul.
You could have lived a life or lives together or had other incarnations where you were in separate bodies and couldnt make union happen (due to karma or karmics) hence why youd reincarnated again in seperate bodies in this life.
