    OMG I can’t believe I haven’t seen this video yet!!! Evidentially I should google 3D printed cat wheel more often! I love the colors you chose, it turned out beautifully! And thank you so much for linking my files! I might add this on my website for an assembly video if you’re okay with that! 😻

    I love this but holy crud, how many meters of filament did this take?

    • @Kickass3DPrints
      @Kickass3DPrints  Před rokem +3

      I think I used about 10kg of filament!

      @@Kickass3DPrints 10kg? That’s expensive, and I wonder how it’s manageable.

    Love that you printed this. We were looking at cat wheels and came across this exact one and had decided it could be a winter project for when trapped indoors in the cold weather. Have way too many summer projects to do right now. So it's great to see more of this cat treadmill, and something I'll definitely be printing.
    Did you use PLA or PETG? I tend to like printing in PETG for mechanical parts.
    Any issues you ran into, other than getting them to use it?

    • @Kickass3DPrints
      @Kickass3DPrints  Před rokem +1

      I used PLA and followed the creators infill recommendatios on their website linked on Cults. The wheel is quite loud compared to the ones you can buy so one of my cats is a bit shy for it. I think she will come around with more treats 😸

    Great project video and thanks for the good work. A couple of questions. First Question Answered previously.... lol carpet
    Second, the 250mm on your Ender. Is that all taken up or can you get away with 240mm? I'm assuming that is for the Z-height?
    Thanks again for the great video.

      The tallest printed pieces end up being 230 which are the walkways on their sides.

    Nice video, but please wash your cats at least once month and regularly clean their eyes.
