If you're wondering what witchcraft happened at 6:56 he basically shoots his AR at the player, which then tries to shock away at the same time, and because of the bullets in the AR not being hit-scan, he gets shocked away from the player and THEN the shot registers. Confusing but hope that helps
If you’re wondering what actually happened, when the player shock waved away, Zemies aim bot locked on and the aim followed the player immediately. That’s why the crosshair moved so fast and the shots registered while he was mid shockwave and killed the player.

I watched like 10 times the kill on the superhero that shocked you back at 6:58 of the video, even in slow motion, and I still don't know how that happened. Crazy.
The thing is that when he shoots the player with his ar he tries to shockwave away and while he tries to shockwave the shots don’t register and while he is shockwaving the shots register it’s just a typical ping problem
