What's crazy is Vlad didn't start listening to hip hop until the 80's and NWA was what got him into hip hop, he was14-18 years that's long enough to listen to a lot more hip hop. He must have been heavy into Russian folk songs because there is a whole generation of white, Latino and Asian dudes that were his age group that could rip right through all the hip hop songs and albums. In fact, the Beastie Boys a white hip hop ban from the 80's played , the biggest selling rap group during his youth, and they were white, and he couldn't name them 😑.

You have to get along to get along. The minute you have a critical thought you have people like Vlad cutting you off, talking over you, and trying to silence you. I can't be the only one that sees this
While I agree, the reason why he does such a great job interviewing people is because he sometimes challenges those options or asks for an explanation. Therefore creates a better conversation, more content and in this case, comedy. Vlad is lowkey pompous but his content is more about having a conversation.
