Rachel McAdams is in both this movie and About Time. That's a lot of time travelling. Explains why she hasn't aged one bit since mean girls
And also in Midnight at paris !
Preach
C you got a
actually she is somekind of time traveler stuff
Midnight In Paris and Doctor Strange aswell
I love how she puts two and two together...the never-before kiss after being told they were arguing in the future...she realizes they will be together, married or something, in the future.
Huh that’ makes no sense
lmao no it doesnt
@@m.zelayaaa 140
this movie never fails me to cry...the ending is heartbeaking...
I have watch it already on iflix
Kristell Macy does one of them die? Or they're not together anymore or something?
0goodvibes0 yes
Kristell Macy the book is more sad, ending even more
@@paakscruz yes it's heartbreaking
She kinda looks like Jennifer Garner in here
She's so much more beautiful than Jennifer Garner.
True I taught was she for a a sec
Caroline no the pretty the same she is just a younger version
@@slimazcoke327 mixed up with Mariana Ochoa
Eric bana is such a beautiful actor. He is so talented. And underrated
This is one of four movies in which Rachel McAdams stars as the love interest of a time traveler. The other ones are About Time (2013), in which she played the wife to Domhnall Gleeson's character, Midnight in Paris (2011), in which she played the fiancée of Owen Wilson's character, and Doctor Strange (2016), girlfriend of the title character. In none of the films does her character travel through time in any way.
Gosh she’s beautiful in every her role
May I say her hair is so pretty 😌
She slaps him, gets kissed, then recoils and says that wasn’t very nice. But slapping him was nice?? 😂 Love this movie.
Woman moment
Yeah in the book her recoiling makes more sense cause she doesn't slap him but just gets intrusive with questions. And in the book Claire's got a running nose at that time as a result of catching a severe cold, so their first kiss is actually pretty messed up😂
He deserved the slap
regina george kissing the hulk
Kurt Lim she kiss Iron man too 😂
And doctor strange
Kurt Lim supposed to kiss Ethan Hunt and James Bond but turned down the role😑
Regina George: the "Helen of Troy" of the Avengers! (Just that she doesn't cause war hahaha)
Regina George what the devil are you babyloning about
Jesus, if they had children... Talk about being blessed.
They had children in this movie
The children would inherit his condition and the movie shows how it sucks
@@vitoriawithanaccent truuuuuuuuuuuueeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
having special powers while being good looking is so unfair... lol
Do you know Jesus?
Eh. A kiss while you’re fighting kinda just reminds me why I was mad to begin with.
Normally, but remember she’d been jealous of whoever his future wife was going to be, he’d never revealed who it was, and the kiss is how she guessed it was gonna be her
Her life was so far from normal lol
She had no choice but to be with him since her childhood.
Snicker Doodle yeah... kinda really manipulative
If she didn't want any of it to happen, all she would have had to do was get her information about the book she was looking for in the library, and then, left him there. Never to engage him further. Her whole history would change. Poof! Gone. She might have married Gomez. LOL.
She probably had choice, and she chose to be with him
Jessie Fitzgerald By that time, he had been grooming her for years and years, so how much agency did she have?
Neither of them really had a choice. The movie made that clear, when he said that he couldn't change things, like his mother's death. His visits to her were not planned. They weren't even in order, from his perspective. It is shown that, by the time he first started visiting her, she already had clothes for him. He simply used the opportunity to fill in the gaps of what his wife had experienced, as she had known far more about him than he did about her when they first met.
wtf kind of garbage kiss was that?? i hate when they do that in movies, where a couple is fighting and then the guy forces a kiss on her. how tf is that romantic!
You need to read the book for the intentions behind it.
you sound like a feminists.
He was showing that kiss to prove that he loves her the kiss at the end that was romantic
So you just decided to overlook the fact that she slapped him across his face? Lol
I know, it was terribly inappropriate and he shouldn’t have done it, but my reasoning for it is that she violated his personal space and boundaries when she slapped him, so he did the same. Doesn’t excuse it but explains the reasoning and makes it bearable
i love this movie eric bana is so beautiful man i love you eric bana
Perla Sfeir yeah he is gorgeous
Omg her hair is something else.
Reminds me of a combination of her hairstyle in Mean Girls mixed with either the one in Sherlock Holmes or Doctor Strange
He's hot.
he's one of my teen fantasies ...
Judging by his taste in young girls, you would have had a chance at that time lol.
Arya Stark hahahahahahahahah!
Heeyyyy!
There is a distinction between Henry and Eric
Got it
@@aryastark575 soo i actually thought you meant eric and was like "oh so i have a chance" but then i realized he has a wife and you meant henry yikes
@@reginageorge7666 Lol yeah
This is the type of movie I loveeee... please go see The Lake House, amazing!!
One of my favourite movies ❤️
I'm still scared of Hector..
I love Rachel is given us great romantic movies; from wedding crashers, to the notebook.
I love this movie&rachel mcadams a ridiculous amount. First time I've ever preferred the movie over a book tbh&omg this scene ;__;
i love this movie ❤️
At 1:02 Yeah sure ! that's how every girl wishes her frist kiss would be like . Good job buddy . 😕 😲
Sarah 1997 1:52 how bout now?
what a gross old creep, forcing himself on an adolescent
She was 19 in this scene so she's an adult to
Crystal Clarke Maybe they changed the ages in the movie? Because in the book, that scene happened when Clare was 15, and Henry was 36. (and they never saw each other at all the whole year that she was 19.)
@@Greendragon434 really??? why did the author write her so young in that scene when he was an older adult. that makes me uncomfortable... 😬
Eric Bana is an excellent Australian actor...
I need a tutorial on how to do this hair
You couldn't make this movie today. They would say he was "Grooming her"
However it's a time paradox. The first time he meets her isn't the first time she meets him. So she comes on to him first
Is it not kinda grooming
The thing is it is grooming. You can pretend it doesn't fit the definition if that makes you more comfortable, but you can't change the definition to suit yourself. Yes, I'd definitely agree this example is very different to a standard 'grooming', but it still fulfills the criteria.
Besides, there were actually accusations of it back when thos movie came out. I remember them well. There are also movies that are coming out these days with grooming in them, so you're incorrect in thinking they can't be made today (but I agree the backlash would be greater, so it would put them off doing it more)
To be fair, HBO has just made a series of this book.
@@DreamBelief it’s not grooming because when he first meets her for the first time he has never met her and when he meets her as a child they have already been married for 6 years. So no it’s in no way grooming. Especially since if anyone had a choice in changing the future it was Clare. They spent two years apart. She could have found someone else.
It’s definitely grooming and weird
Love this book/movie 😍😲😭
Rachael Mcadams is really good.
Why did she just slap him and why did he kiss her after?
This is best kissing scene i have ever seen in movies....😊
Regina George and Hector in One Movie .
...searching in youtube while reading this novel.. borrowed from the neighbor..❤️..wanna start reading...
The ending made me sad and HAPPY...
I could barely watch the end credits tho cause watching the scenery blur and the music with it is so beautiful I almost cry
Her hair! It looks real
Why would he kiss her like that though :'(
That's how she likes it when they are older.
To shut her up.
why does the camera zoom out instead of zooming in

Большое спасибо за ваш труд

Talk about Grooming.....
Not grooming. They met as adults. He was brought to these points in time of her as a young girl after marrying her.
they make it look cute when a guy force kisses..in reality its ted bundy
why did she slap him?
Because he never tells her anything , trying to protect her from knowing too much about the future so her life is somewhat normal. It frustrates her. Their lives are intertwined and his secretiveness is stressful. Telling her she wouldn't understand, to a teenage girl , that is an obnoxious thing to say. She loves him, and he keeps putting up road blocks because of the age difference when he visits her in the past.
Jessie Fitzgerald If he really wanted to protect her and let her have a normal life, he should have just left her alone, until she met him in the library.
1:02 why did he literally go n kiss her? 1:52 so cute
I didnt understand what happened here exactly why did he kiss her and what did he do ?
He got a vasectomy which is an operation that makes sure men can't have children, it's usually for married couples who've had a couple of kids and don't want any more. He kissed her because he was upset/emotional kinda lonely and missed being around Clare when they weren't fighting.
0:56
Just realized he basically groomed her.
40 year old makes out with 15 year old...not creepy at all.
Josh Hedgepeth come again ??
@@greywolf1989 I read the book earlier this year, and while I enjoyed it, this scene is representative of one of the many problems I had with the premise and the main character. In the book, he is said to be ~40 while she is 15 (during this scene). That is not normal, nor should it be deemed as okay.
A 15 year cannot consent with a 40 year old. The maturity differences are just too vast.
I am just surprised more people aren't bothered by it.
In the movie don’t they change her age to 18?
Isn't she 18 💀I read the book and I can't remember that
I don't know if they changed the age for the film. Three years isn't illegal, but it's hardly that big a jump in maturity. There still remains the problem of him knowing her since she's young. It's basically a Woody Allen scenario.
ummm... this kinda looks like a shitty movie. the writing and acting, lol
Alex u obviously don’t know anything about it
