I think that is clever that the people in the dwarf costumes have their heads within their hats. This way, it makes them look shorter than they actually are. It would be hard to find actual dwarfs to portray them.

Are The "People Portraying" Disney Characters Allowed To Speak?

@@jvargas6034 It depends on the character you’re playing. If you’re playing a character like Snow White, yes, you are allowed to speak. If you’re playing a character like one of the Seven Dwarfs, no.

@@jvargas6034 Honestly, I don’t know. Personally (and this is personally), I wouldn’t have a problem if one of the Seven Dwarfs spoke. I think that one of the Higher ups at Disney might have a problem with it. They want the voice of the characters to be familiar to the children seeing the character.

Ah, back when the Snow White actresses actually tried and put in effort to sound like the original character as close as possible, the ones now in the parks don’t even try and ruin the illusion honestly. :/ (I’ve seen them in some videos, they look the part but don’t sound the part.)
You aren’t Snow White if you can’t even do the right voice. :/

I tended to wonder why so many characters became such a rare find these days. Nowadays the only characters common to find are Mickey and his friends, Winnie the Pooh and his friends, and Woodie and Jessy. Though granted last time I was there which was only one week ago, I did manage to find Pinocchio and have one pic with him. And I also found Peter Pan, the mad hatter, some Disney princesses and even Redd from pirates of the Caribbean.
