  • Punk Rider Pro| Distance Test|Comfort Mode From Elgin to St Charles, IL
So, I decided to take my scooter out for a spin from South Elgin to St. Charles, choosing to switch from the sporty vibes to a more laid-back comfort mode to enjoy the ride better. Along the way, I got to appreciate some local wildlife and the peaceful Fox River. The cruise control became my best buddy, making the journey smoother and allowing me to soak in the sights without hassle. I also chatted about why I went for a scooter instead of a car, highlighting the adventure that comes with two wheels and the convenience of a dual motor, especially when tackling those sneaky hills. Charging my phone on the go with a quad lock USB charger was a game-changer, and dealing with regenerative braking threw in a learning curve when it fiddled with the cruise control. This ride was also about exploring quieter, scenic routes, getting curious looks from pedestrians, and finding joy in the simple things, like cruising through pretty neighborhoods and enjoying the vibe of St. Charles before heading back home. It was an adventure that tested my scooter's range and showed me why, sometimes, taking the slow lane offers its kind of thrill.

I’m up in CL considering this scooter for a fun toy. How has ownership been so far for you? How’s the customer support if you’ve used them at all?

Great questions. This is my second vehicle. My first vehicle worked well at first. Then, it began turning off randomly while I was riding it. I made a few videos about that experience. The company sent me a second vehicle. It has worked without any problems. Customer support did not answer my email about my sticking throttle. However, they saw my videos and contacted me. They wanted to fix the issue. The second vehicle works fine so far. If you have more questions, feel free to ask. I'll be happy to answer. I'm making another video about my experience with the second vehicle. Watch this video if you're interested in a warranty exchange. czcams.com/video/qzmec43CIoc/video.html

@@GiovanniHale thanks for the reply and thanks for sharing your honest feedback. I’m hesitant to purchase since they seem so new and appear to be making updates on the fly. I’m between the pink rider pro and an Apollo city right now. Both are for fun and riding around with my kids but I’m a bigger guy and need something with dual motors that can support me. I’ll check out your videos thanks again for posting!

@@garteaga482, you are most welcome. I would consider if you are planning to purchase this vehicle just for fun or if you are considering this device for something long-term fun.

It depends on how you intend to use the vehicle, do you own a scooter already or is this your first scooter?
