I just read an article called "20 reasons your relationship is over" and I'm feeling so triggered because i feel like I agreed with so many of them, but I also feel like it could be ERP in a sense because most of the 20 items seemed very objective.

I needed this. I’m in the middle of a relapse after an amazing weekend without a lot of anxiety. the moments of clarity remind me that i do want him and i want this life with him. he’s my best friend and the thought of losing him is terrifying. i’m in the middle of processing unhealed trauma with my therapist and my fear and anxiety is giving me a last ditch effort to leave when i know that’s not what i want

I had ROCD on and off with my ex husband for 10 years (Mostly triggered by hormones when having postnatal depression) It's now triggered off again with my new partner who I have been with for 2 years. It's so exhausting 😩 I envy people who can just have relationships and not have these thoughts 😢 x

I have realized that I have ROCD and relationship anxiety a month ago. After realizing and watching your videos I got calm. I wrote a goodbye letter to my father who died 6 years ago. After that I guess I started to heal myself. My relationship is so wonderful and my boyfriend is so helpful. He is supporting me a lot. I had a healing spiritual session yesterday, she helped me to get over my grief about my father and to accept my mother even though she didn't show any love towards me. Even though I was okay yesterday before the session, now again I feel like "no you really don't love him anymore this is not rocd or something, don't make up excuses, you lost your passion and excitement you don't want to talk to him " etc... I don't know what to do right now. I just want to think it's just a part of relapse. healing session was so intense, maybe it is another reason.. I don't know but I also feel numb...

Thank you Kiyomi. I needed this video. I just had a relapse with my rocd after going 3 weeks without it (I still had some intrusive thoughts but I knew how to deal with them). Rocd decided to attack my relationship by giving me.... Hocd..... When I had finally learned to deal with intrusive thoughts like "you should break up" "you're incapable of love" "you don't love him" it attacked me on my sexual orientation (which of course is just another way for the rocd to tell me to leave my wonderful loving relationship). I am trying to be compassionate, do exposure, to accept the thoughts, to understand where they come from. I hope I will be better soon. I am healing. I will get better.

But on the other hand part of me (a small part) knows that to share deep work, maturing and time is necessary... time to marinate .... but it’s hard because I see so many people making change and they’re much younger than me... and make it look so simple... then I think what’s wrong with me? Am I not confident enough etc etc. This video helped me. I trust my spirit and where I am at right now. Your message is powerful thank you. I’ve only had a mild form of rocd for just under two weeks and I’m so glad that I’m sorting it out quickly before it gets worse. I’ve talked to my boyfriend and he’s super supportive I couldn’t be more thankful for him. It’s hard talking about my “doubts” for us in front of him but he knows it all stems from separation anxiety and fear of abandonment. Currently getting better at realising thoughts are just thoughts, meditating and not putting emotion on any negative thoughts and avoiding rumination. The pain I felt for almost a week and a half of sadness guilt and pain emotionally over losing someone so precious hurt so bad. Already feeling a bit better ❤

I live in France where this disorder isn't but just begins being known. I had asked to a psychic if I could do therapy with him, but he was overbooked and plus expensive. As others good therapists I think. Then I bought a book from Ali Greymond "how to heal from rocd" and since I had no money I was like "let's give it a try" after having had obeyed the advices, rules for overcoming that I felt so much better. For a long time. But now I feel like my recovery is fragile. I'm still afraid and still can't find an answer of whether this is a compulsion or not... But I wanna ask you, can we, with the biggest bravery and motivation, heal from rocd without any money. Because I don't have enough money, but I know I wanna heal so much more of the money I can earn someday.
    Thank you for an answer.

You just have to accept that your ex had shared some part of your life, so its okay to have his thoughts
All you need to learn is that you have to distract yourself by saying that its normal to get memories of my past but that doesn't mean i want to move back to my ex or i want those memories again.. It's just matter of time. You are healing from your past and that's completely normal to witness. Dont make any false assumptions out of it. Missing is normal.
