I am sorry you are struggling. It can be so hard. Try to take a break if you need to, pump to protect your supply if baby isn't latching, and reach out to a lactation consultant who can check in with you and offer some support. The beginning is so hard, but if you can make it through the early days and weeks, it gets so much better!
