About a week ago my friend put a msg on his Facebook stating that he is dying and likely doesn’t have more than a few months left. He was a childhood friend of mine. I arranged to go visit him and went this weekend to go see him. We were talking and this is exactly what he said when I asked what happened: “About a week after I got the Covid shot, I started feeling weird in my leg and it became unstable. After a while, I would lose my balance. Then it grew into other parts of my body. I lost strength in my arms, hands, both legs. I could walk but needed a crutch. Then I needed a walker. I had to quit my job.”Within a year he’s almost completely paralyzed and lost almost 80 pounds. His mom has to take care of him completely. Bath, washroom, moving, etc. he is basically wasting a way. Now he sits in a chair all day. Has a 6 year old boy. Was a genius. Super smart. Unbelievable. Before the shot he was doing cross fit and trail running. No health issues or history of anything. Neither in his family. He won’t make it till December. “My body fell a part and has recovered since having that first shot”. And his little sister. Similiar thing. No issues. Healthy. Young. Got the shot then about a week or two later, she just started passing out. She’d fall and go unconscious. Still happens. They had to take her license away incase it happened while she drove. No health issues ever. Super active. And their mom is a health conscious mom. As kids she’d always have healthy food too. Right after the shot both of their lives got really messed up.

I'm 24 and haven't been able to go for a jog since 2021. I'm so fucken furious, and with good reason. The worst part is that i don't know how long I'm going to live as a result of this. I'm taking every step possible to look after myself but unfortunately I can't say that I'm living anymore, I'm just existing. This is the prime of my youth, i'm supposed to have had half a house deposit saved up by now, gone travelling, hiking and just enjoying life. I hope that this post makes more people aware of just how much damage this is doing so that something can be done about it. Please accept my condolences on your loss. The thing that continues to puzzle me to this day is how the fact of 'no long term safety data' did not influence the decision to take/not take a novel medication. At first you were told the jab would prevent you from getting CoVid (proven FALSE,) then you were told you couldn't spread CoVid (proven FALSE,) then you were told the jab would prevent you from dying of CoVid (proven FALSE,) and finally you were told if you were jabbed you would experience much milder symptoms. This last, rather nebulous, claim is difficult to prove either way. But is is a far cry from the absolute claims that were initially profered and subsequently found to be false. Don't forget, where was the informed consent and the list of possible side effects that were supposed to accompany the jab ?
The POTUS at the time, you know, the one who claimed he would unite the US citizenry, told us that the Winter was going to be a pandemic of the unvaccinated. People couldn't travel as they desired, were made to quarantine (sometimes up to two weeks,) couldn't eat in restaurants - some were even arrested for not showing vaccination status, some elites were caught falsifying their vaccine status. And one of the biggest abuses of CoVid happened when some US Governors and Secretaries of State uni-laterally changed voting laws (contrary to States' constitutions that place this authority squarely on the State legislatures.) Hmmm, I wonder why they did THAT and opened up their States to a flood-gate of mail-in ballots.
No, this was no simple naturally occuring pandemic. These were crimes against humanity in so many ways, which cost people all over the world SO MUCH and they are still paying. My son suffered cardioshock and failure after one fizer shot, from myocarditis. Not one doctor will even consider it as a causation. He was in good health.
He was life flighted and saved, but continues to suffer from episodes of fibrillation, drenching sweats, chest pain/pressure and severe anxiety because of the symptoms. He's extremely fatigued all the time, has severe sleeplessness, and his personality has gone from generally optimistic to (most of the time) despondency. His cardiologist has run tests and said he can find nothing wrong. We KNOW something is wrong, but there's NOWHERE TO TURN!!
My son is almost 31 and this happened in 2021. His life is an ongoing nightmare, and as his mom, who is caring for him, if it weren't for my faith, I'd have lost hope long ago, watching him suffer for so long. SOMEONE must answer for this travesty.

God bless you and your Son. I have a soccer team and I have lost a few soccer players starting last fall. These guys were ages between 23 - 31 and died by cardiac arrest. The one young man kicked the ball and fell on the field suffering cardiac arrest and died. I was forced to take the COVID Pfizer vaccine and had anaphylaxis within 3 minutes of the injection. The hospital staff were in shock but I know for myself if I wasn’t at the hospital when I got through shot I would be dead because of how fast it happened. As the hospital staff told me to sit down I knew something was wrong and then my throat began to swell up, chest got tight and lips and face swelled up. They initially gave me Benadryl but it barely worked so then I was rushed to the ER and given IV plus oxygen or whatever else. I don’t know what they put in there. I was in hospital all day. When I asked what caused it they said they don’t know what’s in it. I asked to see an allergist and they said that they weren’t taking appointments related to vaccine reactions. 😮Since then I feel that my health has gone downhill but I am grateful that I knew enough to take my kids far away to get the J&J vaccine because so far they haven’t had any issues. Of course I can’t prove anything but I can say my health has gone downhill and my life has never been the same. I have so many issues with my blood pressure control and had a decrease in heart function. My Dad who never had any issues had a major widowmaker heart attack a few months ago and now has stents and on 8 medications and had no issues before but he is 83 now. I don’t know. It’s all so confusing but I wish I could get his out of my body. I used to be active and dancing but now I can barely walk. I’m about to request a wheelchair because of the pain constantly and limited mobility now. 😢
This reduced me to tears. I protected my family from harm until 2021 when they ignored me & listened to the corrupt minions of Pharma instead. Now, I dread every phone call that announces yet another health problem. My unjabbed heart is literally breaking.😢

Same here! I was shocked that my entire family including our daughter, and all of my husband’s family fell for the narrative and got the shots. I did my best to warn them, many times. Now we have two injured, one makes the connection, the other not. Very sad!!

Don't forget, where was the informed consent and the list of possible side effects that were supposed to accompany the jab ?
The POTUS at the time, you know, the one who claimed he would unite the US citizenry, told us that the Winter was going to be a pandemic of the unvaccinated. People couldn't travel as they desired, were made to quarantine (sometimes up to two weeks,) couldn't eat in restaurants - some were even arrested for not showing vaccination status, some elites were caught falsifying their vaccine status. And one of the biggest abuses of CoVid happened when some US Governors and Secretaries of State uni-laterally changed voting laws (contrary to States' constitutions that place this authority squarely on the State legislatures.) Hmmm, I wonder why they did THAT and opened up their States to a flood-gate of mail-in ballots.

My cousin became very tired after taking his 2nd shot (Mod). He had a cattle farm and worked nonstop until that point. After the 2nd shot, he complained that he was tired daily. Something he never did prior. He would work till midnight normally. Nov 2021, he was working an auction in the mountains of NC. On his way home after eating, he dropped dead in the parking lot of the restaurant while checking the load on his truck. Making sure it was secure. He was dead before he hit the ground. His skin immediately turned a dark grayish black. The man with him worked at the local funeral home. He tried cpr. He said he turned dark as soon as he hit the ground. His neck also swelled up close to the size of his head. I personally had never seen anyone change so much after death. His mom's only child. She was 89 at the time. Billy Ray Campbell was 65. Healthy, thin fit, hardworking man. The only health issue known to us was an ulcer, which he fought most of his adult life. This is one reason I have watched Dr. john daily for years.!

When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with.
Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level.
When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer.
A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs.
Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. They also help with dementia and many other issues even if you take them while not fasting!
Glycine and trimethylglycine can also be useful supplements while fasting that won't break ketosis and have many benefits.
Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness or tremors, then simply break the fast and seek advice.
