Some ideas to reduce weight:
On the PCB shield that you have built for the IMU, just add the arduino microprocessor chip plus the required peripherals. No need to add bootloader tho. It can be programmed externally. I would avoid using a separate PCB as power dist board. You can remove that outer plastic covering of the receiver coz it does have some weight and does essentially nothing lol. Avoid using so many bolts. I learnt many of these the hard way.

ভাই কম খরচে কম দামে বানানো যাবে এমন একটা খড়, ঘাস কাটার মেশিন তৈরি করুন ।
আমরা গরিব মানুষ আমাদের এসব দরকার ।‌
আমাদের যেটা দরকার সেটা হচ্ছে গরুর জন্য বসে বসে ঘাস আর খড় কাটতে কাটতে জীবন শেষ হয়ে গেল ।
