Just received mine and the lid isn't magnetized! It heavy and just falls off the lip stick case. Doesn't stick or click together at all so you can't carry this around with the top on, your lip stick is exposed to everything! Wish someone mentioned that before I spent so much money on it!
I just received one and it's only partially magnetic; it'll click together, but it won't stay/hold together, either.
Did you ever get this resolved? If so, how? Did you contact customer support?
