    I’m a big fan of these videos, really explaining the what’s and why’s - I tried similar recipes, but more middle eastern. I going to try this one next time 😊 Keep em coming

    The idea with the Baking powder is great, we do that with out fried potatoes... also thank you very much for the detailed explanation if the process. I was like "hmh, frying the garlic, how will he get the garlic not to burn?!?" but then it was clear. Thank you :)

      It was Baking Soda (Bicarbonate of Soda). I agree, great idea and makes so much sense ....
