It tried to balance a wheel with that machine for 6 hours until I gave up. Now I can see that is not explained properly how it works. If you try to measure where you want to place the tape on weigh on the outside edge of the wheel the computer will show that is clip on weigh and not tape on weigh until you take the measure from the inside of the wheel. At minute 27 you will see that is confusing, and it should be explained just to ignore the computer and take the measure from the inside of the wheel. For a $12,000 machine I was expecting a more explanatory manual or technical support. I also bought the Artiglio 500 $18,000 machine and I was left along with a manual and youtube to find out how it works. It has been a nightmare ever since. CZcams helps sometimes more then the technicians. I will not recommended to buy corghi equipment in Canada unless you know how it works. Do no expect any help from the sale guy they don't know how it works.
