Couldn't find rack of lamb but did this with chops and it was just as good, just make sure you sear the fat really well in the pan on the chops.
Only episode he doesn't say "Done!"

Actually if u don't like raw meat it`s not for you...I would do it separating the ribs by 2 (only one side well done when cutted)
It isn't raw and there is no such word as 'cutted'
Looks overcooked to me.
