Can we clap it up for #21 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼Bro deserves some recognition fr. Nobody talks about O-boards until you don’t have em 🤷🏼♀️ #11 was ballin out, so was #23, #3, the whole team was ace that’s why they’re champs🥇
Edit: Alijah became my fav HS player this season. To think he’s ONLY a sophomore is crazy wild 😮💨
💯 #21 is a dawg, you don’t see a lot of big men that have that kind of free throw making ability either.
21 was really the reason stayed in the game if we being honest all those boards
If 21 had a little bit more touch on his close-range shot it would have been a blowout.
Massive boards
Playing hard as hell, and he making his free throws
If he had any coordination, like any 🤣 he would be solid. Especially with that heart he plays with
Cap
Love how Gil has him playing as a number one option in high school, getting all the on ball reps he can. You can learn how to be a team player in AAU and college. Hate seeing top players pigeon holed into being role players on the HS level.
Fuckin facts!!! This is what we were supposed to see bronny do 😅😅
You see this all the time in top HS leagues. D1 players who never were number one options in HS. They produce solid college role players, but these kids NEVER develop killer instinct, even in pickup games they play passive and robotic.@@Michael-vw4cg
Yeah that’s why they end up being ass
@@Michael-vw4cg Yes he shouldnt have gone to Sierra Canyon
Y’all gotta stop with Bronny this Bronny that. Sierra Canyon helps guys ready for D1. Playing low end talent just to have better stats on paper means nothing. Majority of the top guys go prep for a reason.
This the best overall game I’ve seen from him frfr. The team feeds off him and he fed them today. Keep getting better young man
Facts...he pretty can do it all if he wants to 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Uncle Nic pulled up and Cuttino Mobley giving him I would assume great words is the best part of the vid for me. Shout out Gilbert and Alijah!!!
You can tell he been around him because the way Alijah reacted to him💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾👍🏾🙏🏾
21 was determined to play one of his best games today. Congratulations kid you played amazing.
#21 really step up this game
Team really came through this game
#21 ...if you have that kid in your team... its guaranteed W... that kid is going places man!
Allahummah baarik
Watching these clips from Qwik you can see the overall team got better & and little Gil started trusting them more
Seems like Chatsworth center (#21) has been reading my comments... He is playing like he has something to prove.
😂 felt. He’s steppin up since I peeped your comment a few games back
You not that important dawg… lol
Right he must have had like 21 boards
@@TheKxcyou’d be surprised, he might of read it
Or maybe he’s listening to his coaches…🤔
That kid going be one of the greatest to ever do it !
The greatest in the making. 🎯 Alijah the baby goat fr 💯
Elijah Arenas is officially my new favorite HS basketball player to watch also I noticed #34 didn’t get a medal
glad you made it fr
#34 did have a metal look at 14:27
Best I’ve seen the supporting cast play as a whole this year. Well done
Tremendous team effort,AA is next level superstar!!
This is how you know they program us. All you see in the mainstream is bronny and brice. This kid is ten times a better player that has a nba father. Including the Carlos boozer son too.
I seen a poster that said “Drove 8271 miles to see Kamari King.” That’s some dedication even though the USA is about 3K miles give or take!
kids were trollin hard af
The amount of conditioning you have to have to be the primary ball handler and scorer and face constant doubles? I don’t care what yall say about the level of comp, he’ll be ready for college easy
Facts Gilbert said he kept him at that at that school for a so he can learn to do everything and instead of playing on a stacked team. You see he's learning to score thru double teams. Gil is smart for this is something u would see 20-30 years a top kid playing at a local highschool and just Ballin out. All this transferring with 2 other 5 stars is some new BS
@@Mon-zw4uiYea, I like this better than all the top players transferring to one school and just dominating.
Nice all around game can’t wait to see how he look as a senior
Nice way to get your team involved good game💪🏿
This is chatsworth best game on god
I’ve been waiting for a game like this from Alijahs teammates, everyone stepped up, especially big man!!!! Where was #3 all season tho 😂 that boy needed to get more tick throughout the season!!
Level on competition is not that good but his individual skills is way beyond his age. He’s well advanced, and to be no surprise he dad is a legend in this game 0 !
Gilbert said he purposely kept him there so his son can work on being the "guy" and basically be relyed on to do everything. Instead of playing on a high level stacked team. U see it in the video he's learning to score with the whole defense is looking to stop u
I'm glad Gil is allowing him to get on ball reps. Kids playing in the best leagues spend HS as role players and don't develop skill. You have big men sitting in the dunker spot all game, when they could be playing point for a smaller school.
You don’t have to be on a stacked team to play better competition. This does nothing for development
@weknowit827 if your good you will make it to college or NBA regardless. Transferring is new the last 15 years before all the past NBA stars came from small local highschools. Summer time u play AAU and see serious competition. Trust me Gil knows what he's doing his daughter plays at Sierra canyon she's going to Louisville. There's a method to his madness that u don't understand he wanted his son to learn to be the man instead of sharing the ball with 4 other 5 stars
@@weknowit827so scoring on all 5 defenders doesn’t help development? Being keyed on by the whole team the whole game and still making it happen doesn’t help? And you act like he don’t play team USA and one of the most competitive aau programs(Compton magic)
Great atmosphere
If 21 had more coordination and could finish he would be a serious problem
This whole team has atleast another year together, and “little Gil” has 2 more years. They will be special 🔥🤝🏾
21 has the motor of a F350
Wait who was that at the end??? Subscribed
Superstar caliber
Team looks way better when they pass out of that double/triple team and AA can get it back or get the easy buckets down low. He's even more elite inside the free throw, too quick and skilled for anybody down there and no time for a double/triple and sometime whole team to even get to him in time. Elite finisher around the basket too, that's the gameplan that wins for them
#21 came in huge with all those made free throw attempts
Lol I remember these "his game will never translate to the NBA" types of comments on melo's videos. It's been awhile hi guys!
As this level, every coach should be full court pressing...
Lil Gil be cooking these lil 🥷🥷🥷
Elijah arenas and that number 21 dude and a bunch of nobodies
- Flights Voice 🤣
They was just trashing 21 for his team so every game can be a different person to step up
@@stryleyung3891 nah fr tho. I like how more aggressive the rest of his team was this game 💪🏾
#11 pretty good he has a good jumper
13:30 - 13:33 bro thought he was bout get a dap 🤣
damn how you catch that
@@Qwik11Hoops good eye
Ever since my comment 2 games ago 21 been ballin! Good shit boi… & I told y’all bout my lil nigga #3 he clampin out there
Left ol boy hangin at 13:32 LMAO!!! He thought he was about to get some clout LOL...
Yeh send him to the leauge now 😂
That’s what I’ve been saying 🤣
What’s crazy is he still got 2 years of hs 😭😭
lol #21 might be Embiid son the amount of freethrow he shot 😭
21 got himself a scholarship somewhere dude is relentless
Wheres all the "he don't pass" ppl at on this one?
lil flash of Kobe
21 is a hooper as well.
What AAU team does Gil's son play for?
Nick Young showing up is comical Gil tortured that man and his kids on IG live
The other reason is Cleveland is Nick's alma mater.
bro refs called every foul for 21 omg
Yeaaaa wat brandon was sayin is startin to look reaaaaal factual now… this is for the state??? I know they not in the best division but DAMN 97-98% of these dudes best odds at playin ball after this is a regular local juco
This the 1st TEAM win all year 😭😭😭
A I’m a fan what class his in
sophomore
@@4pfjaden164he going to be nasty in a couple more years
Woah …
Gilbert jr or what 😂
Alijah plays hard, he is shifty and has a great left.
Who is 21 and what he have?
At least 30 boards and 10-15pts lol boy was on it this game fasho
11 on Cleveland 👀… they had to guard him from half court
#21
Bucket to make 12pts, missed the free-throw but got the putback which makes 14pts.
And 1 to make 12pts I should say..
I saw the same thing. Made it 13 after a layup. I’m like 🫤
Who is Kamari King?
Yo I Want To Give a Special Shout Out To Aailjh Arenas !!!!!!
Nice penetrating skill. Must develop shooting and passing skill to be more versatile... Keep improving
He's a bucket but it hurt to watch him ball watch on defense, he could take the ball from anybody on that team if he wanted to.
He's a good player. He should continue good sportsmanship at all times. Hope his attitude exhibits that throughout his playing days. He doesn't want to be a huge A-hole like his dad is and did during his career. Basically Ruining his future playing days and abruptly killing his career earnings in something which was his best talent. He(Gil) thinks he's bright but his actions showed, he was really just an immature dummy and really hasn't changed much, especially since they rewarded him with such a huge contract while playing. Hope he doesn't fall to poverty level like so many NBA others. Even though I don't care for his arrogance, I would never want to see him broke and down and out. He'll (Gil) will always be a jerk to me. Screwed up the Wizards like an idiot though..
His teammates getting confidence… look out if they learn and want to play defense
Damn #21 had to have 1 million rebounds smh
Did he win? His Dad was a stat builder. Unlike his dad, can lil Arenas be a leader and winner.
Gil gotta put his AA in a different school. 😭😭😭😭
No he don't, the kid a sophomore he letting him develop his game the right way instead of pushing him too early like alot of parents. In the off season leagues he play against top talent and do the same thing get buckets. This young man just turned 16 he well on his way
He already play team USA and Compton magic
Why was #34 not given a medal
Is Arenas a sophomore or freshman?
sophomore
This what bron should have done for bronny
Other than Gil’s son this looks like a JV game. So the question I’m about to ask is this JV basketball because the talent level is super low??💯
its gotta be.. why gils son only like 6'5 and he been the biggest one out there every game
are these only sophomores?
Time to move up
nah thats foul #34 didnt get a medal they left him out
Damn no trophy
hopefully they can move up divisions cause theyre playing weak comp..
Double teaming someone who doesn’t have the ball is WEAK! That’s so embarrassing to me. I’d rather lose.
AA is not going to college #leaguebound
No.21 a dog
This is the least excited championship team I’ve ever seen. 😂😂😂
21 would’ve had 40 if he had finished more lol
job ain’t finished.
I see a ball hogger. A player that's not team oriented and all about self.
This team has ZERO defensive discipline. The coaching must be better
a lot of bad basketball here.. surprised this is a state playoff game
This is some low level basketball!!!
This is a low IQ comment….Zion Williamson played “low level” comp as well. What happened when he got to college?…he dominated, and if he stayed healthy the league would’ve been ran through. Alijah is the real deal and if he were Caucasian, he would be all over ESPN every night….argue with your mama🫶🏾👍🏾
Bro he’s playing in a small school league. He’s the tallest player on the the court at 6’5
He’s good of course but he doesn’t play none of the top teams in Cali. He’s not doing that against none of the top schools with players with his size all around the board. This reminds me of Shaq son. All the stats and highlights playing low high school competition. Gets to college and game doesn’t transfer over smh.
First off, his teammate is like 6’8”. Secondly, If he was playing for Sierra Canyon right now, he would be slaying against that competition also. Alijah is way more skilled that Shaq’s son. He’s only 15, remember that. They said the same thing about Zion Williamson. Alijah is also getting doubled and sometimes triple teamed. If a good team played one on one with him it would be over……
@@jaybrown3341 if he played against top competition like montverde or lui he wouldn’t do none of that so stop it. Even without his 6-8 teammate, he still the tallest person on the court. Nobody they playing really athletic. He’s not better than master P son. And sierra canyon would beat his team easily. He’s not playing against no competition
Shaq's son never moved like this. He was a pf and a good dunker, thats basically it. This guy moves like freaking Kobe. Lebron's son played top comp since freshmen and look what that got him. Playing like a role player his whole life with no top dog mentality at all. Lebron and all these legends played in small schools leading their teams, didn't affect their potential
He's letting him get on ball reps. These kids in the NIBC, WCAC, Mission League, don't get reps because of playing on stacked teams. We have people entering the NBA who have been at best the third option on their team since HS. He can learn how to be a team player on 17u AAU and in college, right now is about getting live reps. I personally see players get stunted because instead of being a number 1 option, they play off ball because they have multiple D1 teammates.
@@jeremybrown2783so you’re talking just to be talking see. He already played against Master P son about a month ago and he had 37 I believe in that game! He can score in anybody don’t matter the level of competition! He scores the same playing AAU ball also!
