Modest89 I think his Normals (Medium and Heavy) didn't OTG... that's a huge change ! His foot dive was a lot slower, and would not cross up (hit box was smaller) And you could not mash buttons during his level3 to do more damage... (you could not mash during any Super move, for every characters) Stuff like that..
Vanilla Doom could OTG off of at least Heavy. Probably Medium too. But he was buffed in Ultimate. His J.S causing untechable knockdown and J.H becoming faster and gaining a larger hitbox were major buffs.
