At about minute 12:18 you did a seamlessly and superbly videographic transition from Victoria being downstairs in the bedroom to her being upstairs, with nearly undetectable camera movement whilst carrying the camera. I loved it, as well as the rest of it. May Victoria be victorious at selling this magnificent home

As cool as that was, it is old news, because video editors introduced that feature over a decade ago. I saw it first done in college about 12 years ago. However, yours is more impressive because unlike the Enes' one, and almost all the rest, you did it while following someone with the camera, as opposed to their camera standing perfectly still on the floor. My suggestion to you is that you keep it that way, and next time you go about doing the same one Enes did, you do it whilst is in movement. Thanks for sharing the link. P.S. This is a fantastic home. Well designed, well configured and clearly well built. I can only imagine what it will look like in summer when everything is nice and green. There is no wasted space in this house at all. The neutral tones and colours make this a very timeless design.

Prelude to a Springbok game. The golden sunsets and endless green fairways of a Gary Player signature golf estate. This is such a spectacular home I had to watch it before and after the Springbok opening game. Victoria, Mr. X, brilliant tour guys, wow. brass, wood, stone, marble, disappearing sliding doors, the open flow...... The detail! the Inside Outside living wow wow wow. Mr X, I can see Tiger Woods and his son out there on the fairways doing their uncanny similar golfing behavior from the comfort of the Pool side. Love this house, the detail is unbelievable.
As usual our mystery lady Victoria really makes sure that every nook and cranny is showcased by your video unlike others that I could mention. I would love the money not just to buy the house but to pay the levies !!!. Very timeously Xavier ... the Powerball on tuesday is 49 mill - so 33.5 mill for house( unless there is no tranfer duty) leaving 15.5 for fancy cars etc!
Victoria,whoever she works for is one of the best presenters out there. Unlike some who do not get you to show everything. With you and Victoria you show the house and i know exactly what is what and would not waste the estate agents time if I wanted to visit the home.

This house is stunning. Very well put together. I am however disappointed that at this price point one would have expected a dedicated gym AND equipped cinema. The furniture can also remain if they don't mind 😂. R30m is quiet steep. Might I ask if it's the land value that has this house at 30 bars ?

Always room for improvement - that’s a given - just like me with the camera & editing, but that’s just part of the process, no? Look at the quality of the tours just 1-2 years ago vs now 🤔
Sooooo - like living in a goldfish bowl, landscaping non-existent, zero window treatments. What’s the purpose of the upper room in the main suite? And on and on one could keep making comments. The bones of the property are good, but……needs professional uplift. A decent interior designer and a landscaper could really make something out of this property.

This house was nice, but the yard/grass was all dead, the garden overgrown and we don't know what that green swamp/pond was in the yard. It made the house look bad. Thats all. But you do a great job showing homes. Let's just stop showing for the same agent selling the same homes by these golf courses. Also, their a bit pricey at over $1,000,000 USD every single episode. We can pay those prices back at home in the USA and other countries. Show us homes we can get for cheaper than where we live so we can become expacts in that country.
