- Well it was totally unintentionally ,I did a little refresh for the tenet downstairs the drawer broke on her vanity and one thing led to another with my creative mind
I would’ve loved to of done a whole lot more but it’s not in the budget and it’s not my
Place to Redecorate the Tenants apartment.
Nicole was very happy 😃
and maybe down the road we can help her with a bedroom or living room makeover. As ahe asked if i could .

So many tenants have to give up their pets because they just can't find housing that are pet friendly. Shelters are bursting & pets are put down. Soo sad. They need homes too. So good Karma to you my dear lady with the big heart ❤🙏😻🐈⬛🐈

I hurt my back and have been spending my time binge watching your old videos only to hear you've hurt your back too here. The hazards of doing too much sometimes but it's often the little needle that breaks the back as the saying goes. Ouch!

I used to do so much DIY stuff took, until I fell down a flight of stairs down a basement. Stupid move, no broken bones, but twisted my back and pelvis. @@mamabrooke Im back, a guy walked by the door just before I am putting my key in the door, (he couldn't walk 2 steps to get the door for me), so box broke, 2 of the beautiful plates I just bought broke, Gee Thanks young man! God bless em!.❤ I'm trying to be nice. Got a big brandy sifter to make a terrarium in, should be fun. Found a big scrolly black mirror like yours with a shelf, $20 bucks, naaaaa, put it back, a lot of nice stuff at that thrift store, my cousin brings all her estate sale rejects there. Got 2 small blue and white trinket dishes from Holland, yes Delft. Happy, happy joy joy!. a clay pot, black metal plant stand, needed one. Found a little gold 4x4" frame with a gold and black circle matt, going to take the glass out and mount my beautiful bee pin with all the rhinestones on it. Found a beautiful lead crystal, old heavy one, cruet with ground stopper 5" faceted and pointed top, its gorgeous, they hadnt priced it yet but I asked, dont hurt to ask right? Also found a nice cut glass mini pitcher, tall. flash light with battery in it, a nice big brass plant pot and a little saucer with violets on it from France, going to look for a matching tea cup, oh and 2 matching pottery vases from Mexico with pretty birds painted on them 4 bucks each. All in all, a successful trip! I love days like that then I can play with it all the rest of the night and wash everything. Dont take much to please me! Haaaa!

Sorry to hear about your back but I know how it feels, I have had 3 back surgeries and if the heat helps you keep using it sometimes moist heat is better. Also a back belt might help you especially when doing your projects. Take Care Hope you feel better!

My husband went to Home Depot in the States.. He was looking at the Kitchen Cabinets. When you read the reviews on HD site, the better brand cabinets have mostly all negative reviews for those who purchased them. The quality definitely is downhill. I have to refinish my bathroom cabinet so I am getting inspired from you as usual.

@@mamabrooke you need to see your chiropractor. Hope you feel better soon. You should use ice, not heat. My husband says 20 minutes every 2 hours. (He's a chiropractor). Back pain is some of the worst. Sending healing vibes. Vanity looks great! REST!!!

I have a house where I can build an apt in the basement, it has a door to outside and windows, it is partially finished, and I have been wondering if I would like having tenets living in the same building and watching you care for the building, and the tenets really helps to inspire. No , but it’s on me to keep it nice . It’s an investments to keep the house up. She called me to fix the drawer as she broke it and gave me full access to go into her apartment. At that time I saw it needed a refresh, I text her and said I was doing to refresh things and asked if she wanted White grey or black she picked grey …
The shower curtain I asked if she would like it and she said she would love it . Now she wants my help fixing the whole place up I said I will Guide her but not do it. Some people need help with design.
