@@mckayla9474not that different. You have to remember that English is not the mom’s first language. Also English has so many spelling and grammar rules it gets confusing sometimes 🤷🏽♀️

I love your videos! I have a suggestion: I feel like Alison or Emily should help Yaileny look over the titles before the video gets posted. There’s been a few times words have been spelt wrong. I know English isn’t your first language and you’ve honestly gotten a lot better! Just a suggestion tho!

I have the same cholesterol issue and I also work out. Cholesterol is mostly genetic, sadly. Also, all the animal protein intake never helps haha
Cholesterol is going to be in every animal product Allison! You can eat high protein diets and have a high cholesterol!
High cholesterol can be due to hormonal imbalances, restrictive eating, and high stress mentally or physically!
it can also be genetics, most likely it is a mix of factors though.
@@ajxsmine2836 Depends, especially at her age. I was also in sports and due to the stress and having to stay lean my cholesterol was through the roof and I always ate super clean

That reminds me when she would have to cut for weightlifting, plus the stress that and life brings in general. it can be a lot and frustrating when you’re doing everything right and still have high cholesterol 😕 I Pray that you and Ali’s cholesterol can improve! Just make sure to keep eating well and being active like you said💜

High cholesterol comes from the fact that 95% of what you est is a consistent diet of fried foods. You would be better if what you eat was grilled, baked or broiled & only light on the oils. Your bathroom issues are from the amount of rice that you eat. Rice is very binding which is why it is part of what you should eat when you have diarrhea. Also the acutane may. E a contributing factor. Just saying.
