The character we saw was offered to change someone's fate helped the Eternal Conflict warriors to get free from the loop of never ending Eternal Battle. This way it means this series is somehow connected with Eternal Conflict.
Also a theory, at last when we choose an fate option for Zero, you can see the place design and background has jail. It means the character combined with Nathan, is perhaps, us and are choosing a fate for Zero.

I'm gonna go against the crowd here and say "2"
In my opinion, it would be more interesting to see how Character One (Zero) responds to having to protect someone, as 1 just seems to be "run away from enemy" which in my opinion would be a lot more boring as it would just be running and some occasional fighting (if we're lucky)

I would choose option 2 since the "escape and fight" option would be to.. idk, typical. I see a lot of fight animations not only on ur channel but also on a few others. So it would be a lil bit of a change. So my vote goes for Option 2

I vote for option 2, escort and protect, since I feel that will introduce us to new supporting characters and basic enemies, as opposed to what looks to be a powerful antagonist in option 1. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see Zero throw hands with a powerful opponent, but before that happens, I feel like there should be some character development and world building going on. Also, the girl with the bees seems to be an important character. Perhaps a healing/support type? The guy in option 1 doesn't look too friendly, so Zero should probably make some friends and allies before taking him on.
I'm happy that we are having new series 😌👏

I feel as though option 1 is a bit overused in fight scenes in general. So my vote goes to option 2.
The animation great as always. Man you always seem to surpass my expectations. And the vibe of this new series is just so interesting, introducing the characters as if in a video game. 👌👌👌

Looking at the theme of the setting, I choose Option 2. In your average game setting, a hunting quest is usually a good way to to make your character stronger, but I'll have to assume that it is what it says on the box, i.e thatvhe wont necessarilly have to fight anything, just _survive_. I also feel like the _protect_ quest would serve as a bit of a character development experience, or at the very least, give insight into the player.

Wow, I did not expect that the new story would be so interesting, all this futurism with the choice of actions and the creation of characters is very cool. I choose option 2 because protecting others is much harder than protecting yourself. Having unusual abilities, it's much easier to save yourself.
Ngl eternal conflict truly opened up so many new Ideas for ZNathan to make new series along with the improvements on his animation makes it even more legendary

So now we know that the new series is connected with eternal conflict series, and it was great to see my favourite character Orion from the eternal conflict series, and the battle was also epic, I'll be waiting for the next part❤ and btw, I'll go with option 2👍

Honestly, "ESCORT and PROTECT". I wanna see a character protecting someone rather than fighting for his survival. I do wonder about the stats. I have a feeling that his high "wisdom" allowed him to teleport 'cause Orion has tremendous strength, that's for sure, but he didn't have the teleportation ability. I'm also guessing that Orion's two highest stats are strength and speed, while Zero's strength(as well) and wisdom. This seems to impact how we percieve them

surviving is surly hard but protecting someone else while protecting yourself is even harder than that

Great animation Nathan! Loved it, as usual. One question though. What do the choices mean exactly? Like we see, im assuming, Zero fighting Orion, he wins, and then faints. Then it skips to the choices to escape and survive or to escort and protect. The sudden jump between topics confuses me.

IF this was a traditional videogame, that dude we've seen might be the player, the purple haired girl would be the tutorial giver, Orion look alike would have been the first (tutorial) enemy, and Zero would have been the character you're playing.
