Garen hero augment is pretty bad. Don't take it unless you wanna meme with it or have fun. If you're trying to climb, don't take it.

It’s called MetaTFT. Personally I think it’s one of the best overlays. You have to download Overwolf and run it through that

I took it and built fighter items + Seraph's with Altruists and Warden, Garen couldn't die lol.

Maybe scaling AP is a good way to play it kinda like Garen from the last set

i think its considered the worst because garen's spell doesnt stack with hp unlike the arcade garen from before.

Yeah it's not that great of an augment. Close to an average placement of 5 is very underpowered.
