Volvo 242GT V8 Build - Here It Begins

Back to 242GT. Somehow I got this V8 desire and had to source one. It came from 2002 Holden Commodore SS ute and was paired with T56 6 speed manual transmission. My GT seemed like a good option for dropping it all in.

For the shifter, you might just get away with trying to flip the mechanism. If the pivot point is going to be on the black marker then you might have to cut a bit to clear the ball pivot point.
Also the t56 got a very good aftermarket support. Most shifter relocation kits is to get the shifter even future back, but by just looking at the design you can easy figure out how to do it in reverse.
