I've said it before and I'll say it again, great to see these young men/teenagers be able to speak clearly, artictulate with answers, do not say yo, bro, yeah man..., etc. when being interviewed like some 100 million dollar paid pro athletes. I think sometimes we forget some of these riders can't even legally drink a beer yet and in my book, do a pretty darn good job interviewing when a mike is put into their hands and asked a bunch of questions. Great look and exhibit's some class in our sport IMO.

Don't quote me but I think they are only allowed to do only like 2-3 press days or something like that? He may have used his up and/or waiting for another race to ride/interview on Friday.
Getting in a sauna does not help with the heat outdoors. The human body does not get used to heat. All he did was dehydrate his whole body, which he didn't need at all.

That is hard to believe. Is there scientific information that proves it to be true. I know when summer heat rolls around it takes a few days before my body acclamates to the heat. Seems a sauna would be similar. ? However I can see how it could be bad also.
Dehydration is exactly what happens when you run a 30+2 Moto in the heat. Not like he’s stopping for a sip. Sounds like a win/win to me!🎉
@@goldsbym I read it in a science article and several other places, but can't remember where. The body can adjust to altitude and several other things, but heat is not one of them. You seem to adjust to it but it is just in your mind.
