The idea of holding a teenager to a 5 year contract, never seemed right. Coaches change. New coaches run players off they don’t want. Kids get lied to about playing time or at best just over-estimate their talent. My advice to college coaches, respect your players and expect them to respect you. It’s a two-way street.

How so? Juco players Are destined to leave quickly they only have 2 years and they get more high school recruits that didn’t get looks and get another chance to produce players for next level

Less scholarship to go around so less JUCO players leaving and moving on to to bigger colleges. Before a coaching staff would get a couple juco go to round out their roster. Now they hit the portal and ignore the juco players.
