The best hotel in México 🇲🇽
The best review guys!
Looks like you guys had an amazing time, I was there with family at Arte between Sep. 12-19 and I couldn’t get enough, I wasn’t ready to leave lol 😢
What are the best months to go
@@alonsomontelongo301 I think the best months to go are between Late September- Early April, I believe also the cheapest
Your content was by far the best and the most well documented experience I've seen from C.D.L.P. Heading there on 10/29/23, hoping they have an entire Plant-Based Menu because we are Vegan.
yes they do. Estero has a vegan dinner course and i think all the restaurants have vegan options in their menu.
@vegandew how was the vegan food ?
Seems like Arte is just as nice and much more affordable
Compared to what

Having a near “death” panic experience while wife has no clue is such a classic husband moment . My favorite was the shrimp “gobernador” tacos at the infinity pool
A little tip for you 🙂, next time you snorkel take some bread/rolls or cheese puffs with you and feed them, the fish love em and will swim around you 👍.
Throw a few pieces, at first they will be cautious , let them build trust 🙂.
that's a good one, thanks
I tried that same dish and I loved it 35:42❤❤❤
Also, how did you make the reservations or who did you purchase the nights from?
1:09:01 😂😂😂😂😂 this stay was very well documented, thank you for sharing!
How long was the ride from the Airport and was the price included in your stay?
ride from the airport was about an hour. the private transportation was included in our stay
Hi 👋, I'm thinking of going to this place and your video was super helpful. Noticed that even though they say it's all-inclusive, I noticed some of the dining options like Estero has add-ons for wine? What were some of the notable extra charges or add-ons I'd need to consider before booking? Also, how was the tipping culture there? Would be super helpful to know prior. Thanks!
There are no notable add-ons or extra charges you would need to consider other than wine pairings and/or premium booze choices (i.e. don julio 1942 at the bar) and $45/person to use the Muluk Spa amenities (but free if you are staying in one of their Wellness suites). All the excursions were included and we did not notice any price gouging. Employees are trained to not be rude if you don't tip - we tipped $2 for a drink, $5 for transportation, and $5-20 after a meal.
Hello wanted to ask how much was the stay per night. Wife and I have been to arte 3 times and enjoy casa de Los artistas.
we got it for about $1,800-2,000/night on hotels.com
Beautiful❤Whats exact name of the hotel?
Casa de la Playa @ Xcaret
Hotel Xcarte Arte
What was your favorite restaurant? I’m going this week
we really enjoyed the seafood lunch at Estero and dinner at Lumbre
Did they try to get you to go to their famous morning "breakfast" to get you to sign a timeshare?
in arte they try and sell you their "loyalty" program. but in casa de la playa they don't. there was someone in the lobby that wanted to ask me about it but i politely refused and she was cool
@EDLangham Yes it happend to me at Arte.
I told them no thank you and they left me alone.
Most of the resorts in mexico try to get you to join a timeshare.
Happy that casa de la playa doesn't, especially for their price.
I have a question. Do you think La Casa De La playa is actually worth it? Or its not much different experience than Arte. Thanks!
much different, much more private, food is on another level, and only $500+ more than Arte I would say its worth it
@@POV_Husband Isn't LCDLP like $2k/night where Arte is $800/night?
i guess it depends on the type of room and season. casa los artistas in arte goes for about $1200/night and you might be able to get LCDLP for $1500/night on off season@@dteitsma
What month did you guys go here?
September 2023
do you tip in here?
up to you but it would be nice to tip a couple dollars or more

I stayed at Casa De La Playa and Xcaret Arte Artista suite this week. Arte feels like such a downgrade, if I go back I’d rather go to Casa de la playa again.
This is a good video, but you stayed at Xcaret Arte'. You should change the title of the video.
we stayed at casa de la playa, we visited arte since we had full access to the neighboring hotels
