It begins with Eikthyrnir which represents life because from its horns it creates the rivers, and ends with Andleg Umbreyting which means Spiritual Transformation , and represents death.
Its a very personal and spiritual album where we put our fears and beliefs.

Darkness is not always bad
There is no music in the world that is intended to make you feel less vibrant in the emotional scale then you were before listening to it. Anytime you express an emotion you're this much more away from where you where - pent up in unexpressed tension. Expression is the opposite of depression - as easy as it sounds - it's true. It's only that we're conditioned to be emotionally neglecting narcissistic bio-robots is to blame😕
