Ingredients for cooking masoor daal:
➡️ Half cup masoor daal (lentil)
➡️ 3 to 4 cups of water or as required
➡️ Salt to taste
➡️ Half teaspoon chilli flakes
➡️ Quarter teaspoon Turmeric
➡️ 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic paste
Ingredients for tarka:
➡️ 2 Tablespoon oil
➡️ 2 Tablespoon sliced onion
➡️ Half teaspoon cumin seeds
➡️ 2 Button red chilli
➡️ 1 Bay leave
➡️ 2 Tablespoon chopped Tomato
