    Ohhhhh daaaaamn! Those were some really amazing duels fr. I'm Not even joking, Especially that one against Snake-Eyes. You literally started with just CBTG and you kept grinding them out like crazy until you won. These replays are definitely worth flexing no cap. Also I'm yoinking this list by the way. Don't mind if I do 😌

    really appreciate that breakdown vs kash where you show what the end board has in terms of disruption. Sometimes i get so lost with what tear actually does outside of all that milling and fusions lol. Ever consider putting out a guide? Even tho this deck is non-linear I suppose it would be cool just to see like why certain decisions are made when you're doing your combos and what the result is.

      I dont think I will make a guide. but I can explain some things in the video. 6:46 - 6:51 I didnt activate Kashtira Tearlaments because of the snake-eyes trap. If I activated in response to a diabelstar/sinfulspoil card my Kashtira tearlaments wouldve been negated. And after he summon ash I knew he wanted to make Barone de fleur so this was like the only time were I was able to activate Kashtira Tearlaments. 4:34 arrival spell to make a barone de fleur (so this will be a bait for a negate) 4:51 I tried to pop my trisukta to get Abscission to pop my riumheart to get field spell, search for visas starfrost, special summon visas starfrost by Abscission, make light heart, add reichphobia, add visas starfrost again. pop light heart with visas starfrost to special summon, special summon light heart from grave, make cross-sheep, make vicious astroloud, pop a monster, special summon meek because of cross-sheep, make barone de fleur pop another card + u have omni negate, then just do you tear stuff. Ik this was a long explainastion but this was what was in my mind. against snake eyes I actually missplayed. but I didnt know that snake-eyes uses gamma. (some players use gamma some not) I had to attack I:P first at 6:26 so he wouldnt be able to activate gamma, I wanted to tag out barone in my standby phase for tearlaments sheiren to get mill 3 of scream and a monster negate by sulliek. but he helped me by destroying my sulliek for some reason. later I tried to have an omni negate with tearlaments cryme for “sinful spoils of subversion“ because I didnt want a Tearlaments monster in my backrow (as a spell/trap card) because I can't pop it because not tear fieldspell. but maxx c gave him everything so I had to cryme sinful spoils. also negating poplar as a special summon felt wrong after I rewatched the match. you want to rather hit that with Rulkallos than poplar. Decision making always depends on the deck and what they have tbh.
      sorry for the long text but thats some explainastion of my thoughts in the duels I had

      What Tear can do outside of milling is that they can put up a board like Branded & Snake eyes, in a sense that they have follow up plays into monsters that werent on the field in the first place
      This is true in all of the variants thanks to Time Thief & the tear traps that can send 1 tear from deck/field to gy as an after effect, and not a cost (because if its a cost, the fusion wont activate)

    • @s1ght540
      @s1ght540 Před 2 měsíci

      @@adityawiryawan560 yeah I play branded myself and I guess it just clicks for me easier than tear. Like I can kind of ‘see’ what’s going to happen next turn even with a seemingly bad board because I get what the follow up is. Just gotta study up more on tear. There’s also just so many variants that can totally change the play of the deck so I think I gotta learn it on my own terms and style.

    • @s1ght540
      @s1ght540 Před 2 měsíci

      @@gamerflo1994 thank you for the explanation! I see you like playing a mannadium tear version of the deck so it kinda threw me off since so many CZcamsrs play their own variation of tear. I think I’m starting to put it together tho. I’ll probably build a pure version to start then branch out into variations that I think would be powerful.

    • @gamerflo1994

      @@s1ght540 Tear follow up is always a thing. I mostly dont go for follow up even tho in alot of duels I was like i need that follow up (but destiny draw happened lmao). Follow up is basically sending sulliek with rulkallos to get reinoheart for the next turn. but most of the time Im like I want to keep sulliek on field because I can just negate on the next turn if I have a Tear name on field. thats the stupid thing about sulliek at 1 btw. Thats why Tearlaments is kinda hard to play rn because your decision makings need to be on point. or if a Reinoheart is banished because of his second effect get it back by milling cryme. or if u have reinoheart in grave mill metanoise. but the thing is they are also disruptions at the same time so its always kinda weird how to use them. you either use them as follow up or disruptions basically. Branded has a way better follow up. thats why Tearlaments is kinda complicated to play.

    How do you even play this deck? Any videos I should watch to learn lines?

    • @xDeadExistence
      @xDeadExistence Před 2 měsíci

      Read your cards, once you know what they all do you won’t waste your opponents and your own time trying to read them during the duel. Test it out in solo mode then decide for yourself what cool tech cards you’ll add in for your plays.

    • @gamerflo1994
      @gamerflo1994  Před 2 měsíci +2

      There is basically no linear line in Tearlaments because it all relies on the mills. the only thing u will always do is reinoheart send havnis fusion into kitkallos send kastira tearlaments to get more mills. the only thing that is linear in this deck is the one card combo I showed with riumheart(add meek) later with visas amritara (add tear fieldspell and) but as soon as I summon lightsworn curious it also depends on the mills. but at this point I mill like 10 cards so u should technically hit a tear card.
      Thats what I love about the deck tbh. nothing is linear and every game feels different. I played Ignister/mathmech for 3 years and then I had enough because it always felt the same way. To play this deck at a really good level u def need to know what your cards do and what some tech options are.
      All I can say u need to test alot with this deck to get a good feeling. Deck difficulty is like a 9/10 because u need to watch out for so many stuff. But after playing the deck for a while it doesnt feel that dificult to play.

    I really like Tearlaments now because tou have to actually be good to play the deck, and if you do, the deck is great. Not like other decks now that are 1 card combo line that is always the same and ends in a ton of negates like SHS or Snake Eye. I've been using a Tearlament Mannadium Kashtira deck since Mannadiums came out and it's a really fun deck because it isn't linear at all.

      I like the consistensy of this version because riumheart is one card combo (Barone de fleur, Curious Lightsworn, tear field spell)
      and riumheart to dodge imperm/veiler on reinoheart is also kinda nice
      also alot of pop effects to trigger your tear cards. I love to pop kaleidoheart with vicious astraloud to send a card to the graveyard (to get a tear trap) and vicious astraloud can be uses as fusion material for predaplant dragostapelia and if I have another visas in grave just make another vicious astraloud because it gets shuffled back🤩
