I kinda disagree with your first point, it is very bad for a phone, for example, my friend and I, both bought a phone 4 years ago, mine was samsung, his was a chinese phone with 65watt charging (which is not even that much since there are brands doing double or triple that)
Mine's battery health is at 95%, it gives me 12 hours of screen on time, (it was one of india specific large battery phones, 7000mah) while his's battery health is at 58%.
I have used my phone much more than he did, and mine's processor is weaker than his, yet he says his phone has developed this bug where it lags horrible and stutters and closes the application when he records a video. So essentially he's unable to record a video from his phone. he gets 1.5-2.5 hours of screen on time on similar use.
all this because mine charges at 25W, his does at 65 W
An s24 ultra can last you what 7-8 Years. a similar chinese phone will last you max 4-5. My dad's 12 year old samsung still works fine and only laggs occasionally, my brother even used it when his oneplus got dead.

You need to understand how batteries work and tradeoffs between fast charging and degrading your battery. How about a user removable battery that you can trash and then replace by yourself at reasonable price, not going to happen.
There is no perfect product for Junky's that want everything.
I'm sure they can figure out that issue. I have the xiaomi 13 Ultra and have not experienced any battery degregation... Similar to some OnePlus phones I've owned. I know there's tradeoffs but they are smart and can figure that out.
