See this happens a lot at Silver because no one wants to talk most of the time and having an IGL can help the team get coordinated. However you're IGL should also have a good concept of the game. As a S3 (peaked G3 almost Plat1) Act1 I feel like I definitely have a slightly better hang of the game. The problem with some teammates is taking site fast on attack. I play duelist and try, as Phoenix, to get control of certain sites as fast as possible with Molly, Wall or by kills. Unfortunately I play too aggro on defense so I definitely need to fix that issue

Well, if it is 2v5 on pushed site, it is better to not contest it. With a condition, they have ability to retakes. (Eg: omen smokes/flashes/dash/entry/concusion etc) but if they dont have or being rushed, the one who is there have to contest it. Or maybe if you are sentinel main and your trap is on point, you can win some deffending position. Doing retake is just like push to site as attacker but with time limit. As long as they can do it together just like round they won, it is ok to retake. Idk thats my opinion.
@@fam8270 hold the corner shoot and back off always hold in a place where you can back off if there's more than 1 or your losing the duel fast. Plus cypher for example has trips brim has smoke phoenix has flashes its not that hard

@@s.g.m4075 that's kind of the thing with lower ranks. Most of them have ok mechanical skill but their decision making / game sense does not exist. That's why they think they deserve a higher rank, because they can (almost) shoot like the plats but then they'll do dumb stuff and throw the round without realizing it.

1 thing I learned while playing is that the first 3 rounds rarely ever decides which team is winning. Hearing that kid say he's surprised that they are winning after 2 rounds made me laugh.
I mean it never was the deciding factor tbh, sometimes winning early on is a curse more than a blessing sometimes getting ahead early will make your teammates relax.

The most obvious difference is crosshair placement, and other aim factors like over aiming, bad peeks (like being too close to a corner that they see you first) and swinging past and such, aim definitely isn’t everything but even 5 minutes of aim practice before you play will instantly make you better

I don’t think a good thought when you’re in silver is “I should be plat” cause you can see that these silvers are not ready for plat, like at all. Not by the scores, but by fundamentals. Things like communication (which was extremely crowded by a kid), crosshair placement (which was generally Low by all players especially sage), aim (at max a plats aim from the best player) and angle checking (almost no angles checked from what I saw). I’m not going to say gamesense cause that’s a different thing. There are so many things that are not plat level and they still think they are that good. If you are silver it shouldn’t be “I should be plat”, it should be “why am I not plat, what can I do to improve and get there” or “let’s see if I can get to gold, if I can’t, I am not ready for plat even. What do I do wrong.”

As a cypher main i don't like how he played out. He even broke one of the most notable rules of cypher. Never rotate unless you know where spike is

It’s funny whenever a duelist does their job and has more kills than say a sentinel and the other team says the duelist is carrying
This makes me feel weird for all these times I say I'm an iron who deserves bronze-

They're the same I think bronze just gets a little more kills.
Edit: I do think Irons and Bronzes get some kills, but they can become higher ranks if they fix maybe 1 or two mistakes they make, then its all growth from there. You have to manage your tilt (if you tilt a lot you tend to blame everyone but yourself) and realize what mistakes you made (if you die anytime in any game, chances are, you made several). If you think that you're hard stuck, you will be. Watch good players. Play a lot. Get your ranked and unranked mmr up. You're getting there.

Man i remember watching similar videos in cs:go years back. They would do different lower ranks versus global elites, and I remember the global elites consistentantly getting 16-0 versus anything that would be equivalent to silver rank or lower.
Well nowadays some global elites aren't that good

Well that's the thing on low elo. It's not about impact mostly but if you have one or two who just get tons of frags you win. Also no team composition or anything needed really.
Tbf agents and utility for example a sova who knows a few recon lineups or sth makes the game a lot easier but basically it comes down to people getting kills. So in the eyes of a low ranked player "raze is carrying" as other things don't impact the game as much usually
@@izjgxj4275 it sucks being low elo and never maining duelist, because it’s hard to rank up and I feel useless as a kj or Sage main unless I stack w someone else 😭
@@mayuhmetal well yea it sometimes seems like that. But at this point I play basically nothing but sova for example and I feel like I often have a similar impact to duelists.
