    Any advice for if the previous home owner has used a mass of glue to seal the glass hob top to the counter?

      Put painters tape around the hob and then use a chisel to get it loose, now you can use a bit more force because to tape will protect the countertop a bit

    Where did you order the glass?
    I recently broke mine but I can’t seem to find somewhere to buy a new glass

      @@SimonFabcicok I did change the ceramic Hob. As all the screws were on the sides, i didnt flip the Hob. I just opened it and changed the glass. It was quite a straight forward task. Your video gave me confidence for sure. BTW instead of a chistle I used a thin cooking spoon.

    Helpful but concerned to see wires over the hotplates! Unless this is induction and somehow that's ok?
