West Coast Swing CONNECTION in Basic Footwork Patterns

This is a class recap from ​⁠ ‪@keeriganruddWCS‬ and ‪@FeliciaHoeppnerWcs‬ ​⁠ West Coast Swing “Fundamentals” class at 2155 Ballroom and Events on April 3, 2024.
This class covered how to catch our connection and keep it in our basic footwork patterns, the sugar push, left side pass, and right side underarm pass. It gives two drills to start getting that feeling and some silly metaphors that may or may not help 😂

It’s more of a timing issue- we have to quickly jump into recording this so I hand my phone off to a student. For formal instructional videos I have a better setup.
