Best pro shop ever, Wayne , Lisa & The Bow Rack are a cornerstone of the archery world.
I spent nearly 12 years working for Wayne and Lisa. Iâve heard those words from him a thousand times over the years and they never get old. Heâs probably one of the best story tellers I know. They have definitely shaped more peoples lives than they could ever imagine, mine included. The environment and culture they have built in that shop has brought countless people together over the years and made lifelong friendships for many. Iâll be forever grateful for what theyâve provided for me and my family over the years and the friendship we still have.
Awesome to hear
Wish you were still there buddy.
You sold me my first bow 3 yrs ago and gave me some archery tips. 2 bears down and one muley since then haha. Thanks for the help.
Chris you set up my first hoyt. I drove down from Tacoma area WA desperate to find good service. I was not disappointed. I remember you cut your lunch short shoved some food in your mouth and said letâs go. We worked together even after closing and I left there feeling fully confident and ready to shoot. Canât thank you enough man that experience keeps me motivated in Archery.
Wayne is as solid and honest as they come. He greets you when you walk in and shakes your hand when you leave. You won't find a more knowledgeable and kind person. He is the definition of what customer service should be....
No doubt, legend!
Wayne is one of the coolest people you will ever meet. Very knowledgeable and an absolute BEAST of an archer. His shop is amazing
True story ââ
I was there for a vacation with the wife and stopped in to their shop after running Mt. Pisgah. It was insanely busy even during COVID but they were helpful and accommodating!
Yessir, thanks for sharing
Shoot at it like it owes you moneyâŠthat will never leave my head. Thanks bro, appreciate you and everything youâve done for us simple bow hunters.
Wayne is one of the few who have had their hand in changing my life for the better. He just makes you better. A rooted in Christ, unquestioned LEGEND. Love him. The herd Bull without question!
Excellent documentary, thank you for sharing your love and passion for archery. After spending quality time at the bow rack and the Endicott ranch I've realized Wayne and Lisa are the true inspiration to beginners and old archers alike.
This is awesome. Next time I travel to Oregon have to stop here. I Owned a bow shop for five years, it takes this kind of dedication for sure.
Great piece guys! Let's be sold out. Let's be blessed!
Wayne and the Bow Rack are amazing people and American icons!!! Thanks for highlighting him and the shop!!!!
Absolutely love this. Being in Georgia, Iâm a LONG ways away from Oregon⊠but this is a bucket list trip here!!!
I drive from Longview Wa. to see Wayne and Lisa for the past 20 years ! In my option its the best archery shop in the pacific northwest !! Well worth the 3 hour drive. Thanks Wayne and Lisa for all you do for archery.
Wow i love this video. You need to do more of this kind of video.
Would love to see more docs from you(Tim) on archery and hunting and the people involved in making it what we know and love of it today. I could listen to Wayne talk all day and tell stories. The manâs a wealth of knowledge and a treasure to the sport of bow hunting. Visiting the Bow Rack is definitely high on my list of things to do when I visit Oregon.
Thank you! I enjoyed making this one đ€â
Great insight into Wayne and his passion for archery. He mentioned a mentor JC James. I was in elk camp with JC in 2011 and 2013 and went to school with JC's daughter. Small world. When I get to Oregon to visit family and friends I always swing into the bow rack and pick up a couple shirts and hats. Great video!!! Hope your hunting is going well and you're finding success!
Would LOVE to have a shop like that in my neck of the woods over here on the West side. Archery World is the closest "Pro" shop. My first bow, in 1987, was a Golden Eagle. Killed my first Blacktail in 1988 with a prong style rest that was HELL to adjust and Easton 2117 with, if I can remember, was a Muzzy. It's been a LONG road getting to a Reckoning 35 and a Reign 6! Memories, it's what it's all about.
What an amazing story, love it from the most basic point to the most advanced, this is why Iâm hooked.
This guy is so awesome. Huge inspiration.
He's a LEGEND! -DS
Wayne and The BOWRACK are the best of the best always worth the drive. Beyond there knowledge there kindness is priceless!! đđŻ
This is one of the best interview/documentaries out there! Great inspirational words of wisdom in short story version of a day in the life of Wayne Endicott. Thank you Wayne!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Such a great guy and tremendous example for all of us. Loved this video.

Wayne has helped me with both of my bows. He is always spot on and such a great guy to work with. Wayne is a true inspiration!
No doubt, great guy!
Salt of the earth! Great family!
The best!
Wayne and I would get along famously! Always refreshing to hear from a like-minded hunter and bow fanatic.
That was simply awesome . Great story about a great man .
That was a great video guys. Thank you. Nothing better than having a local family owned archery shop to hang out and share the sport of archery!
Right on
What a great guy with a great story. Excellent job Tim.
đđđ

Amazing man, thank you to him for sharing his story
When an old guy talks LISTEN. Wow. We need more of these videos because eventually these super knowledgeable guys won't be around forever.

Excellent Documentary! I'm 62 and relate to so much in this video.. Target, tourney's, hunting, shooting and missing, heavy bows with 6" overdraws, painting arrows, etc. Good stuff man.. Thanks for sharing
Thank you đ
Just an incredible interviewâŠthe stories, the Endicottâs, Bow Rack, the lessons and the inspiration. Well done ElkShape Team! See you in Stonewall, TX!
That's passion. It's in our dna đ
Wayne is a super cool dude. Basically gives an archery lesson every time he watches you shoot. These guys are lucky if they even get a lunch break a lot of the times.
Great video
Thanks guys
AWESOME!
Thank you for this look into the life of a man with incredible passion and energy for life and archery.
Greetings from Pennsylvania.
Fantastic video. From beginning to end. The ending when talking about being absolutely grateful to God for the blessing that was provided speaks deeply with me and my family.
More videos of people like him and Lisa please. Archery đč connects one with people and with nature.
Love this! So inspiring. "Be sold out on hunting." Gonna remember that one.
It hit home here too
@@ElkShape agreed. Those last 2 min 30 seconds hit hard. Thanks for the authentic look into a person's life whose voice deserves to be heard.
Right out of the gate he says, â I just live shootin a bow.â Thatâs it for sure. Good stuff!
I recently had the opportunity to share a hunting camp with Wayne, Lisa and their son. Wonderful people and this video is absolutely authentic, thank you for sharing it.
Great feature! Thanks for putting the time into this. The Bowrack and the Endicottsâ were some of the first people and shop I heard about when I first started Archery 20 years ago.
This may have been your best feature so far.
Glad you enjoyed!
As much as love the stuff youâve done since I found your channel, THIS IS THE BEST! Period great work! How many times Iâve heard his name and what a joy it was to listen to him speak about archery, authentic love for archery thatâs what Iâm about and Iâm glad you guys and Wayne shared this

That was an awesome interview. I love Wayneâs passion on bow hunting. Thanks for doing the interview with him. I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.
What a great video. Heard about Wayne way back in Came's book Backcountry Bowhunting . What a hero for our community . Making a living helping by helping others . Excellent content.
Appreciate it
I got to stop by the shop when I visited Oregon! The Bow Rack is a very cool spot, I had a fun time meeting the crew and I even got a great shooting tip while on the range (thank you Kelan!). Iâve since moved to the state and now work in an archery shop, Wayne is a true inspiration. Cool vid boys, thanks for posting! đč
awesome
What a great documentary, would love to hear more from wayne. Could listen to him talk all day. The bow rack and spokane valley archery are on my bucket list destinations. Thanks elkshape for all the great content
Just made it to the bow rack for the first time last Thursday. Everyone there is awesome.
Great job on the video! Awesome edits as well đȘđ»đđ»
Appreciate it!
Not gonna lie probably one of the best video you guys have made God bless you guys and thank you for all r he blessings đ
I love this shop!
Nice presentation - great story. Just wished I lived closer, would definitely be in their shop bugging them all the time. Had a bow I shipped to them a few years ago that they tuned for me, talked and treated me as if I was a family member at the kitchen table. Over the top helpful and knowledgeable - good Humans for sure. Hopefully sending another bow to tune up. Best wishes and hope they are around for a lot longer.
Happy to call this fine place my home bow shop can't beat the family and fellowship
That was an awesome video! Iâve been watching the channel for about 1-1/2 years and that is probably my favorite video. Thank you!
Appreciate it!
I would give just about anything to have a shop anywhere even close to me that had someone like Wayne in it! The couple of bow shops I have within 100 miles of me just don't have the knowledge, caring, or even the product that is in that shop! Anyone that has half a shop with even half of what Wayne has to offer is very lucky!
The Endicotts are good people! I really miss living close to their shop. They've done a lot for archery and hunting in Oregon, and in general and everyone in their shop takes the time to help you however they can. It's very inspiring seeing them pass on their passion to their kids and grandkids. They also support American Made, First Responders, and our military!
Also check out Nathan Endicott's youtube channel. He puts out some really good hunting videos.
Noted!
Such a beautiful video
Thank you so much!
What an awesome interview!
Man what a gemâŠ.

Wow.
This is awesome. More of this please. Shoot'em like your hungry. Oh my!
yessssir
â€
I've always thought the saddest man is the one who has lost his motivation. Nothing to look forward to, nothing to strive for, nothing to be passionate about. No destination that makes the sacrifice worth it. What is the opposite of that? It appears to be Wayne Endicott! AKA the North American Bowhunter! Thanks for the mid season BOOST! Get you some of that!!!!
No doubt! Wayne is still amped on hunting
Story on Wayne and his wife is long overdue.
đčđŻđ
I love the story and and idea of that movie.
One thing I would check regarding the US hunting model, it is true however it is growing in Europe in form of 3D or hunting as alternative to rifles. However for now it is most shooting at 3D targets due to limitations in goverments. Only think I miss is that so much gaer I need to order from US and the 23% vat a shipping costs are killing me. Sometimes we have to pay 350usd shipping and 100usd VAT for a 229 usd sight. But one it arrives we meet and play with our bows like You do.
I always say hunt like your hungry he says shoot like your hungry lol
no doubt!
Met my wife nearly 30 yrs ago when I was a medic on an ambulance service. She had a government job and one morning found out that her whole career was being eliminated. We moved in together, moved to another community and tried different things for a couple years and then just decided we wanted to try being self employed. With decades of martial arts experience under my belt, no pun intended, we decided to open a martial arts supply store. Yep, even more rare than bow shops. Yep, we âbanteredâ back and forth just like they do, and routinely harassed our customers and surprisingly didnât chase them away. My wife was also the âmerchandising Queenâ. In July of 2018 we decided to close it down after â25â years of business. As he said, you canât put a price on that kind of experience. Little did we know what was to transpire just 6 months later. The Covid would have killed us just like it did to so many martial arts clubs. It was tough, we didnât make a ton of money, but I probably would do it again. I came to archery 8 yrs ago as therapy after a car hit me on my motorcycle, broke my knee and ankle and ended my decades of involvement in martial arts. Iâm loving it even though I have a very difficult time walking while awaiting a knee replacement. You young guys on the Elk Shape channel keep me motivated. Keep pumping out the videos Tim.
Thank you for sharing your story đ
I tried to give this more than one thumbs up it won't let me make God-bless For us men and women to act a little more like that I've watched a million videos in that shop I don't know if it's his son or not inside out precision
I wonder how many bows heâs setup in those 33 years!
