I am a Serb, and ofc I like the fact that Nikola won yet another mvp, buuuuuuut… Luka should win his first one already. I don’t know why ppl are expecting so much of Luka, when he is already doing ridiculous numbers.
He has to win first.
It's unfortunate that Luka hasn't won the MVP but at the same time it can only go to one person. No doubt Luka is top 10 but individual stats and team rank will always be in consideration and the mavs just haven't been that team in the regular season.

I agree with you. Jokić should have won his third LAST season. Dončić had an insane season this year, but it's like voters have voter fatigue before he's even won it yet!
They felt real comfortable talking sh:t about his MVP win and predicting a sweep when Denver was down 2-0. Like a certain Brooklyn rapper once said: "It was all good just a week ago."
Fast-forward to today... Jokic is coming off a transcendent performance in Game 5 and Denver is looking to close out the series in 6 and move on. Where you at, Jokic haters? You been kinda quiet lately. Keep that same energy from last week..

MVP is a political pile of crap... absolutely no way you can determine a MVP. fairly so why do it? Yokic is best in my opinion, because of the way he can affect a game like no other and game 5 with wolves was proof of that. SGA is incredible, but he can't affect a game like Yokic. Did you see how Yokic went at Rudy? He obviously had a bone to pick with him so he just did it. Only other player i can remember being able to do something like that was Larry Bird. Most of the voters could see what i just described...
The same thing was going on in the 80's when Larry Bird was winning the MVP every year,he was scrutinized by the media and being biased they same way as Jokic.Its sad that racism still exists,but it does,and it goes both ways, White athletes have been discriminated against a lot, especially when the sport is dominated by black athletes,a lot of White people were being racist when Tiger Woods was dominant in golf in the 90's and early 2000's.Why can't we just expect it and give Jokic credit for being the best player.Does it hurt us Black folks so much, it's ridiculous.I loved Larry Bird when he played,he was so fun to watch and I appreciated how great he was,I just appreciate any great basketball player when I watch them it doesn't matter what color they are,so please Black America lets just be respectful of other players from different countries and let them do there thing.And that goes for White people too
