Im at a loss here. The people answering your email support are doing a BAD JOB. I requested a warranty part mid october. I sent your videos and everything you wanted, and told I was on the list for a new board. it should arrive in 2-3 weeks. I wait 4 weeks and email again. The guy responds having NO IDEA what Im taking about and asks me to send a picture. I told him I already did and wanted to know the status. Wait 6 more days, get a response, saying OK I see you on the list but I still need to know which board you have. HOW DID YOU ORDER A PART FOR ME IN OCTOBER if you dont even know what I have? The email chain is 17 messages deep, over 6 weeks now. Is this good service to you? You need a new way to handle warranties other than this. I bought 3 wheels from you but I think this will be my last. Im so frustrated. My wheel died after 2 weeks and I've been getting the run around for the last 6 weeks.
Now I sent them a picture and just wait another week for them to see it I guess. Im here typing this because I dont know what else to do. Should I contact the credit card company or something? I dont get why this is a problem. Its infuriating to wait this long and then be told to send pictures again. Its like a slap in the face.
