Wow, that’s insane. I used to live in Riverside, California, and now I live in Chihuahua, Mexico and I spend no more than $25-$30 a day, and that’s expensive. You can live here on $10 a day. I live in the heart of SF and I am constantly doing money math in my head all day long! So glad I'm pretty resourceful and good with money management! It's really the only way to survive and make ends meet out here! And no.... I don't work in the tech industry and I am not some crazy crypto gambler!
My biggest discovery when it comes to making cold espresso is once I put the sugar I need in the hot brew, I then put it in the freezer for a few minutes to cool it down and then once I put the ice it doesn't melt right away watering the coffee

Seattle isnt that expensive its just the cost of real estate that is . Washington has a great rate of income compared to cost of living . especially compared to calirodo
You can literally just watch yoga videos at home and go on walks/runs/bike riding. That would already get you in good shape throw in some calisthenics like push-ups, squats, pullups and you have a well rounded workout routine. You could also spend hundreds of dollars a week on personal training 😳

Honestly the personal trainer was the only thing there that was expensive. Not expensive for a personal trainer but expensive if you're doing it every day. Like 35 k a year if you're going daily.

ive never understood people who are in shape that have a brain and become a personal trainer. They never do it for more than a year. Its a gimmick, and if you arent selling your clients products, you are missing the actual opportunity.

Seattle is super expensive because the minimum wage is $17.27 an hour! That makes the base price of everything sky rocket.

@@tlahmed Guess they keep upping the minimum wage each year. As of 2022 it went up to $17.27 in Seattle. In The rest of Washington State the minimum wage has gone up to $14.50. Seattle always has to be higher than the rest of the state I guess.

Hey Graham I am a 18 y/o going to Bentley University, I want to be a business owner and real-estate owner, but my loans will be 200k+. The pros are the networking and great education. But do you believe that this is a good choice or should I start a business and save right away.
Hey! Fellow 18 year old who wants to run a business 😉 would never want to make this decision for you, but I am going to school at a community college and working at the same time! This allows you to earn money while also going to a much cheaper school even though you’re earning the same degree. I encourage you to look into it!
$200K for any education is a waste of money. You can learn all the business and real estate stuff from books and podcasts. Graham didn't learn real estate in college.
