Let The New Era Begin!
I love the whole revamp we did to our staff. Younger, fresher mind sets, hungry to set history. New era and I’m all for it. I think this is really what we needed. Even if we struggle the first year, this is really a change for the better I believe. I just really hope we make just as good roster moves to follow this up. We need a QB so bad. Just a few more pieces. Let’s go ATL !!
Jimmy Lake really impressed me. Sounds like he could run for President...I can see why he was hired on potential.

As the interview went on with Lake, I did get TF vibes. But this dude seems really smart. I’m looking forward to seeing what these young guys bring to the table.
I love how Zac talked about watching Bijan's film but when asked about Desmond he straight up says "yeah haven't watched that"

After his first full season, it's no surprise that no one cares about Ridder. He seems to be a good guy but is an atrocious NFL QB.
No worries Ridder will be starting this year qb1, zack will be working alot with Ridder to get him developed. Where as the previous admin did zero development and coaching players to be better. Even Desmond said his training was him and Taylor going off in a corner and working together. Not acceptable and sorry to those Ridder haters but Desmond is going to get a chance and based on his stats he damn well deserves another look.

Looks like Ridder is in position yo get the coaching and development he wanted finally thanks to the new coaches. Falcons are going to save alot of money and draft picks rehabing Ridder as qb1 for this next year 2024. Falcon fans are really excited and ready to rally around Ridder this year.

Been a falcons fan since 1976, only gave Arthur Smith 3 seasons with one case of cap year, NOT right at all.. I'll make this VERY short. Our defense this gave up four games and last drives of the game this year.. Is this offense is fault or Smith fault. Cause defense couldn't shut it down cost a guy his job and really only had two years turn it around. This new hire, bad move on our part, wait and see. Get a clue Front Office and know what your doing, it takes time. Not damn years,, !!
