Hello, Mikaella Stein: Thank you for stopping by.
What you are watching here is a form of worship, through dance, to help those looking on understand a basic truth about God: that His love is undying and relentless and unfathomable ('reckless') LOVE for us!
Read how God tells us to honor Him in Psalm 150.
"(1) Praise ye the Lord: Praise God in his sanctuary. Praise him in the firmament of his power." . . .
"(4) Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs."
This word "praise" in Psalm 150 comes from the Hebrew word 'halal' (H1984b), which Strong's/NAS Exhaustive Concordance defines as "to be boastful, to praise." The Strong's reference further explains that as "going mad," "making a boast," and "making fools" (of). [Reference: biblehub.com/hebrew/1984b.htm ]
The Bible references dancing to celebrate and honor God in:
    * Exodus 15: 20: Moses' sister Miriam takes a timbrel and leads the women with timbrels and in dancing, to celebrate God leading them in defeat over their Egyptian enslavers.
(This word 'dance' comes from the Hebrew word machol (H4234)l, whose root "chul' (H2342) means to "to whirl, dance, writhe."
    Reference:
1). chuwl (chul)biblehub.com/hebrew/2342.htm ('tremble,' 'wait,' 'form (as in give birth)' ''writhe (as in pain)')
    2). machol: biblehub.com/hebrew/4234.htm
    * 2 Samuel 6:14-17: King David ('a man after God's own heart') celebrates before God, "leaping and dancing" as he brings the Art of the Covenant into Jerusalem/the City of David! This passage also implies that King David's wife, Michal, was do disgusted by her husband's display and his 'half-nakedness' (perhaps from dancing out of his clothes) and perhaps God so displeased by her reaction and comments that she never had any children!
(This word for 'dancing' comes from the Hebrew word 'karar' ~ biblehub.com/hebrew/3769.htm .)
The person you see in the black robe is a woman wearing a Mime's cassock, a type of dress worn by those trying to deliver a message, which focuses attention on the messenger's moves, as opposed to their dress.

First of all, why are you dancing in a church?! Isn't the church a place where you praise and hear about God? Second, if that is your way to praise God then I need to tell you this my friend: go and dance anywhere else but in the church. What you are doing is simply a sin! Good job with the dancing, really. BUT WHY IS THERE A MAN IN A PIRATE COSTUME?!?!? Is that for the children or something!? Someone please tell me because I don't know!
